When I was on the roof checking it out, I noticed 3 screws had come out of some flashing, probably due to the very high winds. My wife called them and I dropped by their office on my way home. They were already at my house, fixing the flashing. No charge, no hassle, very polite. Oh, they repaired the skylight leak. No charge, no hassle, happy to do so. We are so relieved and appreciative of their excellent service.

The estimate was completed in only a few days after requesting it. When I visited their Duncan office to sign my contract, the office staff were welcoming, knowledgeable & accommodating to my needs. I was given a 3 month waiting period to have my roof work done, but due to a situation in my life, they managed to fit me in in only 1 month! The roofing crew who efficiently installed my new roof were great - friendly, polite & a lot of fun to have around. And my new roof looks perfect. I wholeheartedly recommend High Definition Roofing!
