★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dealing with the situation for the first time was definitely a curve ball for me. However, as I went through the process Sally was always there to help me no matter how many times I emailed/called her! The manner they execute the situation in is very appropriate and understandable. As long as you are willing to work with and cooperate with them, they are just as much in return, if not more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I originally posted this rating with no explanation because I was afraid of being threatened like other people on here who posted their terrible experiences. After giving this rating, sure enough, I received an email threating me to take the review down or she would post all of my private details on here as well as on my employers website. I informed her that this was against the BC debt collection laws. She clearly does not understand or respect the laws and rules that go along with being a licenced bailiff. I posted the review because of her unprofessionalism, her lack of knowledge and care for the client. I was willing to work with her to pay what I owed but she only demanded it be paid in full on that day and threatened to take my vehicle. No payment plan or other options were offered and no explanation was given as to what her unreasonable fees were for, which is all I was asking for. A formal complaint has been filed against her as she has broken more than one of the laws set out for BC Licenced Bailiffs.
