★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company I have ever dealt with. Very unprofessional behaviour, was threatening and intimidating, and hung up on. I have reported them to the Consumer Protection Board, as they should not be operating with the shady tactics and conduct that their staff have.

I had a $62 ticket which this Bailiff sent one letter about then lodged a derogatory mark on my credit score after about 12 weeks from sending the one letter which was easily forgotten about. The resulting black mark had huge consequences for my credit even after it was paid. An irresponsible and lazy way to inform people of debts they might not even know they have

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shady and dodgy are the words to Describe this firm. I have never seen a more disrespectful hostile behaviour from the owner, who yelled and harassed me on the phone about an invoice with another firm that was clearly evidence as a dispute that had been going on for years, the owner belittled and insulted me and threaten to destroy my credit if I didn’t just except the $500 bill. Should not be allowed to be in business!
