★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cloud Nine took such good care of my dog! The staff is super friendly and clearly loves all dogs. They sent me so many pictures and i could see he had so much fun. The facility is also soooo nice! I will definitely be bringing my dog back here from now on

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our friends recommended Cloud 9 a while back and we couldn't be more happy and confident leaving our 1.5 year old pup, Louie, in their care!
The owner and all staff members are so friendly and accommodating! Before Louie's first afternoon stay, my partner and I got to tour their spacious and clean facilities. On top of that, we got message, photo, and video updates about how Louie was doing--it was quite obvious he was having a blast. He's a super high energy dog, and the staff played SO much fetch with him (his favourite game), so by the time we picked him up, he was completely content and tuckered out.
Before our recent trip to Ireland, we had no doubt in our mind about where Louie was staying. Louie got his vacation at Cloud 9 while we were on ours. :) It is a great feeling to leave your pup in the care of folks who are excellent communicators, prioritize safety, and ensure your furry pal has the best time! I would highly recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We brought our dog to Cloud 9 through a recommendation of another kennel. We had had bad experiences with other kennels in the past and so we were hesitant to send our dog to another one. However after bringing our dog to Cloud 9 just a few times, we can say that the owner and staff are just FANTASTIC. They really care about the dogs' needs and put effort into making sure the stay is pleasant, comfortable and safe for all the dogs.
The place is very clean and the owner is more than happy to give you a tour of the space. They also accommodated our dog who prefers the company of humans and doesn't do very well with other dogs :) They made sure to give our dog a corner kennel, to reduce her anxiety around the other dogs, and also provided her with one-on-one playtime.
I highly recommend this place and will definitely be brining our dog back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cloud Nine is amazing! The individuals took care of our 1 1/2 year old cat and he has never been to any kennel as of yet. So we were worried he would cry and be scared but he was very happy, we got to see pictures everyday and the staff just pampered him. Thank you for providing him with the love and kindness we would have at home. We would definitely recommend this facility and bring him back again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing. The owner is so involved, passionate, and very personable. Its a fantastic, friendly, and clean environment. One on one time with each dog and small groups at a time. Overall amazing experience, and would recommend to anyone. She even posts stories on social media and provides updates throughout the day so you are always informed. 10/10

We have owned dogs for a number of years and always struggled to find good, quality boarding that provided the same love and attention our dogs need and are accustomed to. We have used Cloud Nine a couple times now (they were excited to be back!) and have consistently been amazed by the quality of care our dogs receive. The kennel is clean and spacious and the staff are knowledgeable, helpful and open to whatever care our dogs require. Our boy had double knee surgery; he's high maintenance and we worry about him constantly. We received texts and pictures and videos. Updates about how their days were going and how they were getting on. Until that first time at Cloud Nine, they had never been away from us and I had zero worries. Highly recommend :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This business and the staff exceed any kind of expectations you could have. My little guy runs in the door excited to see the staff and forgets I exist instantly. The staff are very caring, organized and extremely personable. By the time I go grab him at the end of the day he is exhausted from running around. He usually doesn’t make it 2 minutes into the drive home before he’s asleep. And I love being able to go on Instagram and see videos of the pups playing all day. There’s no place I would trust my little guy with more. I highly recommend this facility to anyone and everyone :)
