We took our Kya there for the first time over Christmas. I was very nervous about how she would do at a new kennel but I didn't need to be. She did amazing and that is a testament to the staff & how they treated my girl! She was comfortable enough to make a "nest" & sleep, which she doesn't do at her other kennel, for that alone we will be back!

It was our first time boarding our two large breed dogs at Club Mead. We were extremely nervous because one of our dogs can be reactive with dogs she doesn’t know, and together they can be quite the handful! When dropping them off, they reassured us that there’s nothing they couldn’t handle and it definitely made us feel better leaving them for the weekend. Everything went better than we expected and they were very professional! Thanks for taking such great care of Luna & Moose, we will definitely be back again!

**Edit: I was more than happy to continue using Club Mead despite the two small negatives I had mentioned in my review and that I simply pointed out for potentially-helpful feedback. I clearly stated the positives as well. The response my review received was unprofessional and petty (**of course their response has now been edited**), and the owner claimed I said the food went bad (there's a difference between 'stale' and 'bad'). Rather than apologizing for not ensuring food is kept fresh, the quality of the food I purchase for my cat with allergies was insulted LOL. Due to this response, I will no longer use Club Mead and will also adjust my rating accordingly (previously gave 3 stars, which I thought was fair). I didn't make anything up in my review nor was I nasty (NOW I'm a bit irritated), yet was met with an unkind response. You need to work on your customer service skills. Original review: Mostly happy with my experience. One small thing is that the old boarding place I used to use before moving, gave a discount on the second cat even if a separate kitty condo was used. Here, I was charged full-price for each condo for my two cats since they didn't share one. But the biggest bummer was getting back the cat food bag wide open. My older cat is a picky eater and when the food starts going stale due to not keeping the bag properly sealed, he eats less and less and gets skinny until we open a new bag. We also have to buy a slightly more expensive brand as he has grain allergies. So now I have a higher-quality bag of stale cat food. It would be great if employees could pay attention to these details so that money spent isn't wasted :-) other than that, everyone seemed friendly and accommodating and my cats seemed fine after their stay. I would use their services again.

We absolutely love Club Mead. The staff are so friendly and caring, our doggie loves his stays with them and always comes home happy and healthy. I've recommended them to friends before and will continue to do so. They are the only dog boarder I will use.

I was referred by a friend to check out Club Mead a couple years ago. Our giant baby Sam loves it there! Everyone working there is so wonderful and amazing with him! Sammy had a blast on his latest visit and is completely pooped!

I have mixed emotions about my experience here. My Pup (GSD Cross) was attending Daycare, full time, for 3 months (6Mo-9Mo of age). She always returned home wound up/bouncing off the walls and full of energy. For a long time, I assumed this was just a high energy puppy thing. So it lead me to be walking my dog 2x a day in addition to a full day of daycare. Eventually, I discovered that she had been eating a wall while kenneled inside during the rotation - only because she puked it up in front of me in the presence of a staff member upon pick up. Then, when I mentioned the next morning to another staff member, I was then told she was also destroying and eating blankets. As an owner, neither of these scenarios being brought to my attention when they were occurring is concerning, as a blockage due to eating these types of things can lead to a hefty vet bill. She has not once destroyed anything in my home once properly exercised - it was odd to discover that it was occurring here, and why. I have since moved on to another facility and can confidently say that my pup was spending entirely too much time kenneled during the day here. She no longer comes home with extensive amounts of energy, and is socializing better with other dogs. On one hand, front staff are very friendly and polite, and on the other I feel as though it has been unclear to me as an owner as to what was really occurring behind the scenes.

Love the convenient location/parking and customer service we received when boarding our two cats! They were well accommodating when dropping off and picking up. However, our two cats were boarding in the same kennel (they’re bonded so that is our only option) and I was shocked to see them when they were picked up. They were in a dark and odd smelling garage in a small kennel, nothing like the pictures advertised. Regardless, they were well taken care of.

This was our little pug Pablo’s first time boarding at any facility and we are scheduled again to go this weekend! I was very nervous about leaving my dog as this was the first time, but Club Mead made the whole experience feel so easy. I was very appreciative of them sending me a text message updating me on how he was doing. After 4 days when we picked him up he couldn’t keep his eyes open after excitedly panting for over an hour in the car. I have no doubt he was kept safe and comfortable during his stay at this beautiful and clean facility. Thank you Club Mead!
