Turns out any pet that comes in the first time gets no socializing no matter the package you pay for. It’s an appalling policy and that I couldn’t find on the website. I’m glad I called before spending significantly more than other places thinking my pup would have more play time with other dogs. leaving a pup that prefers dog parks to walking in a new place with no interactions is a great way to create anxiety. Make sure you call to confirm what you think you’re paying for

As we never left our Maltese pet before with any one we were scared to do so . But Catherine , her husband , her daughter and all the staff took so much care that we are evergreateful to them . They used to send regular emails with pictures . Lastly I recommend this place to anyone looking to keep their pets safe in their absence.
T	The Raw Company on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These owners are top notch! I am in Ontario and was trying to transport one of my dogs back from Alberta. After 24 hours of headaches & stress with various transporters & no luck I called Catherine and explained my situation. Not only was she willing to take my dog in for emergency boarding that night, she offered to pick her up from her current location AND take her right to the airport the next day to make sure she got on her flight safely. Catherine and her husband took amazing care of my dog who is a 120lb puppy & very scared. They sent updates regularly, photos and were in constant communication with me the whole time. I don't think we could have gotten her back to Ontario without these guys. I cannot recommend them enough!

He LOVES coming there, we don't even get into the driveway and he is trying to get out of the car because he is so excited. He comes home happy and tired every time. 10/10 for this place!
W	Wauelia “Fun fact kids” Baselia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for your beloved pets to getaway! We have a small dog who has anxieties, and will react as a result. Not always positive. I was apprehensive to put him in any kennel, but saw the great reviews for Glenpark Pet Hotel. It was SOOO worth it! Our dog was treated like royalty, and I was put at ease with the great service, knowledgeable staff and a place I was able to trust. Recommend it, and am using them regularly!

Our first time jitters we're immediately replaced with happiness when Mike sent us photos of our little fur baby all cozy in her suite. After an 8-day stay, we picked up our pup and she was as happy and healthy as could be. She had been groomed during her stay, and the groomer did an amazing job of freshening her up. We will definitely be trusting our little pup with Mike, Catherine, and their team again the next time we travel.
S	Squishy Bug on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never taken my fur kids to a doggy daycare or pet hotel until recently, and we don't go to dog parks because not all dogs want to be friends. Then I found this place. My dogs can go there without the stress of other dogs. I've been preparing them for a few night stay in the future by bringing them for half day visits and booking play time with them in the park. The dogs get excited when we get close to Glenpark Pet Hotel and that warms my heart. The people I have met and interacted with on the phone have been nothing shy of amazing! My dogs seem super happy so I think they will love their first actual hotel stay there. Definitely the place to take your furkids if you want great attention and care. We look forward to more time slots in the play park as well. It was a great change of scenery from our usual daily activities and we had the beautiful weather on our side so the dogs could really enjoy themselves.
