He is sensitive to people with limited means and will not recommended treatment or procedures unless it is absolutely necessary. We are Grateful for him and his work.

This week, when my dog was neutered, they even called the next day to ensure everything was ok post-op. Dr Seto, Dr. Honos, and the vet techs are all professional and are truly the best! update If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! Dr Honos is compassionate, patient and is a wonderful vet who takes her time and makes a difference in peoples lives. Thanks sud ouest team!

Not only did he treat her promptly on the day of the exam, but he personally came in to the clinic during the weekend to hand feed her when she was recovering. He called me every day to give me updates on her progress, and invited me to visit her in the clinic as she wasn't well enough to come home. Most compassionate and kind vet I have ever dealt with, unfortunately I'm no longer in St-Henri otherwise I would continue to bring my pets to this clinic.
K	Kristopher Fisher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has been our regular clinic the past 3 yrs nearly and I would like to mention that never have I had issues with the doctors at this clinic. They have always been WONDERFUL to deal with. Where I have issues is: 1) During covid my corgi got an eye infection. The reception refused to fit us in in a timely manner and ended up costing us nearly 500$ at the emergency clinic for eye drops. 2) During covid our corgi was stung in the face by a bee and swelled up. The reception refused to fit us in and costed us again nearly 400$ at the emergency clinic and we were prescribed Benadryl. 3) During covid our Aussie Shep (senior) started to experience breathing problems and he couldn't breath proper. We called to get him seen right away as he was struggling to breath and gums were turning white. The reception refused and we ended up banging on the door of another clinic (which saw him) he passed away 15 minutes later. This was NOT avoidable BUT imagine your regular vet clinic turning you away as your dog is dying?! 4) A couple of times we have booked appointments well in advance, only to have them cancelled and offers to reschedule weeks out of the original appointment. We love the doctors and this is why we have stayed with this clinic. Our issues have always been and remains with front of the house, they are just awful and they often cop the attitude "your free to go some place else" This is exactly what we will be doing. I'm so glad the clinic is doing so well that they can treat their clients this way. Never have I been more disappointed. One last time. The doctors are truly remarkable here and its unfortunate that we will have to find some place else to take our dogs.

That being said his support staff mainly the two receptionists in the front are extremely rude, confrontational and unprofessional. My dogs have been patients of his for the better part of 20 years , sadly I will never go to this clinic again. The customer service is deplorable. If you scroll through the reviews you’ll see that most people complaining, share the same sentiment. The doctors are great but the support staff is lousy.

There discovering eye cataracts and kidney disease. Both Dr's and staff were helpful, compassionate and very forth right with what will hopefully slow down the kidney disease and give us some more good years together ❤ I highly recommend!!!
