D	Duke T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst clinic ever. Cite de la sante shouldn't redirects emergency patients there because their condition won't improve or even get worst. Don't go there with or without apointment. It's one of those places they ask your medical card every counter you go, it doesn't make sense at all. I will never go there.Doctors advices shouldn't be take into account. Go find another clinic. Staff looks they don't care, first you register, next you see the nurse who has the details from inscription and the emergency who redirected you there, guess what? She still asks, when can I do for you? while she has all the details in her hands. All in all, please go to another clinic but this one, period. You are sent there for an x-ray but there is no doctor to read it, all the generalists start to guess the x-ray pictures, Never never and never
L	Lee Ann Comeau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This fabulous 1-star rating goes specifically to the wonderful Dr. De Sanctis, for verbally insulting my mother and aunts, bullying and making fun of them for having questions and concerns about their health, and lying to my mom's face about "everything being okay, stop worrying you're too stressed" when an X-Ray proved otherwise, as she needs to go for more testing. If everything was fine, why does she have a leisure, why does she need to go for more testing? Oh but wait, she's "overreacting" and it's all in her head. It is extremely unproffessional for a Dr. to speak to his patients in this manner, and without any respect. I am sincerely glad he is not accepting new patients, because his remedies of "do yoga, you hypochondriac" and "stop coming to see me you're fine" might save people a lot of time. Very much worth the 6 year waiting period for a new Dr.. I hope others have fared better with him than my family has, l and I really hope this is an isolated case where other people are being treated well and with some decency. I've also been to this clinic before and have had absolutely no issues with other staff members and doctors treating me.
R	R Miller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to see Adi Yoskovitch because I was having popping in my ears. My doctor told me I had a bit of a build up of wax but to take mineral oil for it. Someone pressured me to see Adi and he didnt even ask me any questions about my health. he was aggressive with the instrument and impacted the wax in one of my ears (when I ended up getting to see a GP he was very gentle and used a water instrument and didn’t cause me any pain or problems). Then prescribed me an antibiotic when I had no infection. I didnt want to take it but the pharmacists pressured me to take the medication and now I'm getting weird feelings in my throat from it and the ear that was impacted is all blocked. Youre supposed to warn someone to do a mineral oil treatment for 3 weeks before getting them cleaned or at least try that and rinsing in a shower. I hope with the medication I won’t need to get the other ear cleaned as I have heard it can clean up impacted wax but if I do I’ll have to find another doctor.

Since I can't, the 1 star I am affording them can be assigned to the technician who did my ultrasound; she was the only decent human being employed there. The receptionists are rude and incompetent. I showed up 15 minutes early to my exam and waited in line outside the local 2m apart from other patients waiting to be checked in (because of covid distancing). By the time I was greeted by reception, I was 11 minutes late to my appointment and was scolded for it by the pea-sized brained receptionist. They have zero signs indicating that you have 'carte blanche' to skip the line and waltz right in if you have an appointment. So obviously, I used my logic and placed myself in line with others making me late. When I explained to her that I was only late because i was outside waiting in line, she said "well thats why we ask you to come 15 minutes early" I was 15 minutes early. And when I told her, she had nothing to say. Seriously, avoid this place at all cost unless you want to be spoken to condescendingly by the 3 evil musketeers working at reception. They should have more empathy, patience and compassion. They're working in the medical field, they have no idea why people are coming in. OH and for Pete's sake put up some signs indicating that we can just walk in if we have an appointment.

I've been waiting my blood test results for the pass 3 months and i know they sent the result to my doctor the same day. Impossible to reach the secretary because she's never there! The line always busy and after 15min waiting on the line she put me straight to the mailbox and it doesn't take any messages. I'm struggling with hypothyroidism and i can't even talk to her! She doesn't call. I see her since im 16 years old and it always been like this. No wonder why all people i know changed doctor. Im SO frustrated!! This should be illegal to not let the patients know their results!!

I've been trying to get an appointment with my family doctor for over a year and they always say they don't have any open spots and you have to call the following week to get an appointment for them to know the availability for the next month. It is already hard just to get the line and you have to wait at least an hour prior to someone answering you. This makes absolutely no sense!!!!!!!!! Extremely frustrating!
T	Thuvarha Antony on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Dupont was really nice and prescribed me the medications i needed, however, i forgot to ask for a doctor's note for work. I am really unwell and need a note. I have called the clinic over 50 times and cannot reach his receptionist and there is no option to leave a voicemail. I have to now go in person to try and get the note. It is unacceptable that no one picks up and you cannot leave any messages...I have never seen a clinic do this before. Even if clinics are busy they respond to calls.

There where 3 chairs next to each other that had written on them "3 person family" and we were all 3 (my mom, my dad and I) and they told us to wait outside so we don't take too much space. There were a lot of free spaces to sit including the 3 chairs that had written "3 person family" on them
