J	Just Karlene on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ when I wanted to have a phone-in appointment, the reception had scheduled me to have a phone-in appointment with a doctor on a holiday (aug 3,2020). But on the day of, no one call me and no one picked up the phone when I was ready for my appointment.. i’ve been waiting a month for this appointment too and have been going to this clinic for years.

They try to accommodate me as much as they can and let me know if the appointment available is going to be short before booking. I barely wait, in the reception area or in the room, to be seen by Dr. Dhillon, who's a very knowledgable doctor with great professionalism and bedside manner.

How lazy can you be....you cant even say the doctors names or "Clayton Medical". I have been a patient here for many years, and the doctors are great, but receptionist is the worst! Too bad the reception is the first line of contact.

Enough is enough! This public taxed funded system is awful. Time to stop ✋ the insanity in British Columbia. SERIOUSLY . When someone actually needs help the runaround is just a worse stressful nightmare.

S	Sana M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horribly organized. Whenever you call to book an appointment, they automatically put you on hold and then turn off the phone and their voicemail box is always full. Almost impossible to speak to the receptionists and to book appointments. would not recommend.

I have been a patient of Dr. Dhaliwals for many years and followed her to the Clayton Heights location even though it was out of my way. Unfortunately dealing with her reception is enough to make me change clinics. The front desk staff are disorganized and rude. It is extremely challenging to reach a receptionist when calling in to book an appointment. I have been carelessly booked under another patients name resulting in me not being able to see the doctor that day when I arrived for my appointment. I know mistakes happen but the way the receptionist was not even apologetic for their mix-up was very disappointing.
