Used to be a convenient walk-in location. No clue why they stopped offering walk-ins.

Dr. Oriee is the best family doctor we’ve ever had. She is smart, compassionate, and patient. She takes the time to listen to our concerns, understand the problem, and explain her diagnosis and recommendations. We never feel rushed or discounted. I trust our family is receiving the utmost care and grateful we’ve come to know her practice.

Dr. Oriee is very nice but almost impossible to contact. My toddler was sick and I called in to ask for advice. It went to voicemail and said they would get back to me in one to two business days. I needed to know what to do with my son ASAP so I didn't bother leaving a message, I just called until they answered. Since then, they have blocked my phone number. I need to use my wife number to reach them. My son is sick once again and they will not answer the phone.... This is the worst

I appreciate Dr Bolina and how caring and serious he takes all concerns. He always takes steps to ensure I’m being heard or seen by specialists and he works hours that are beyond what he works for his clients. Exceptional!

I never write reviews but felt compelled to do so in this case. My wife and I were patients in this clinic for approximately 25 years. My wife was rude enough to ask for a referral in a location outside of the Lower Mainland for her colonoscopy. We had moved to the Okanagan but have been on a wait list for a new physician for >2 years and to this point Morgan Creek had expressed no concerns. The unfortunate result was that the clinic declared that it was too complicated and inconvenient to keep us as patients, that the physician was concerned about liability (and thus I interpret more than about our health), and we were summarily shown the door -- after more than two decades of low-maintenance care including for our children when they were minors. We were told that the clinic could no longer offer us proper care since we could not come easily to the office for appointments, although we are back and forth all the time for our family -- so instead it is better for us to be relegated to long waits in walk in clinics to see a different doctor who knows nothing about us for each visit, which (note sarcasm) is somehow obviously a better health care outcome for us. The physician did not even have the courtesy to tell us herself, but instead delegated this to front desk staff. Needless to say we were shocked and extremely disappointed, but the conscientious, old-school physicians on whom we had previously relied have since retired and a new philosophy regarding patient care is obviously in place. We realize that this negative review will have no impact on anyone's decision to go with this clinic if the opportunity arises given the near impossibility of finding a family physician in BC, and clearly the physicians in the clinic are unconcerned . . . but at least I can hold my head up by saying caveat emptor.

The Doctors are great, when they actually have the time to take time and be personable and thorough. Unfortunately with covid, as with I'm sure many clinics and doctors, this clinic now errs on the side of overly cautious- which in some regards is a good thing. Issue is, any and all "cold" symptoms are automatically assumed to be covid, as if no other illnesses exist. Wanted to make a follow up appointment for my 2 month old son, as our entire house has battled a cold, and he has caught it. When our family was seen last week, we had taken multiple rapid antigen tests on differing days of the illness, and it always came back negative. She listened to all of my children's chests, including the 2 month old (who was day 2 into his coughing and congestion) and said all were clear. 5 days later I call back for the follow up, as with him being so young, and with still a persistent cough, I'm wanting to make sure he's progressing and not worsening, or morphing into somethinglike pneumonia- which a common cold can easily become in one so young. The receptionist informed me that they aren't seeing patients with "cold symptoms"... odd considering I had just told her it was a follow up appointment from last week when all my kids were seen. Finally, after explaining the whole story a few times and why again I'm wanting the follow up appointment, and disclosing once again that we've come back negative for covid multiple times; we managed to get an appointment for him to be seen NEXT week...which, *if* he is still sick by that point, would put him at around 14-21 days of illness. I now understand why some parents take up valuable ER space for their kids who have the "cold and flu". I do find it irritating however that family practices would turn away their patients, advising them to use a walk-in clinic or telehealth, "if you can't wait to see your doctor". Whats the point of having a family practitioner then? I miss the days pre-covid when one could call in in regards to an infant or child being ill, and the receptionists/practitioners making it a priority to have them seen promptly, due to knowing the importance of how quickly young ones can spiral downhill if not seen in adequate time.

Dr. Bolina is such a great doctor! One of the most kind and caring physicians that I have come across so far. The appointments never feel rushed, and I always feel like I am being listened to. Would definitely recommend!

They don't want to hear from you. Front desk line is limited to a few hours each day, and no voicemail in the year 2022. If you happen to be able to call when someone is there, you will be greeted with a busy tone is they don't even have call waiting or a second line. Took me a week to finally get an appointment made with my doctor.
