This office is extremely incompetent. The admin person/reception didn't know how to schedule or retain our info and asked repeatedly for the same info to be sent, but even worse is that the doctor (Dr Orie) prescribed my daughter the wrong medication, forgot to send the prescription (I had to follow up 3 times to get it done over about a seven day period) only to get a call from the pharmacist, confused as to why the medication had suddenly been changed. Thank goodness the pharmacist had the foresite to call me to check. I cant leave the welfare of my family in the hands of this type of establishment. Scary stuff.. needless to say, I had one appointment there and have since told them to delete my info and that I'll find a different doctor.

Fabulous Clinic. Dr Riarh listens carefully to my concerns, engages me in my health care journey, and is empathic to boot. I am very impressed with the level of professional care delivered and feel confident my health is in good hands.

We've been very happy with this clinic, been with Dr. Oriee for 6 or 7 years now. I have found the staff at the clinic very pleasant to deal with and been happy with the care and attention we have received from Dr. Oriee.

We applied to become new patients with Dr. Riarh. They phoned and advised they were sending each of us a form to fill out. I received a form but my husband did not so had to phone them to resend. The form they sent him was for a female...when was your last pregnancy etc. His name is clearly a masculine name. Appointments were set however they didn’t phone. Waste of time as this was very unprofessional and a waste of time. Go elsewhere......

Doctor Oriee and her staff are THE MOST unprofessional people I have ever encountered in my professional life. I could write a thesis on their incompetence; however, I will save your precious time and give you few examples only. 1)Intake process for new patients in extremely painful and inconvenient. I am ready to be the patient and clinic is ready to accept me as patient and yet it took 6 weeks (my countless follow up calls) to set up my profile. After everything was setup, they still did not know whether I am male or female. 2)First interaction with doctor was horrible. She did not know who she is talking to and why. I had to explain everything to her…. ONE MORE TIME. During first call, her entire focus was activities that would increase her billing but not on me or my medical issues. 3)Both, Staff and Doctor Oriee Lie. Yes, they do lie. 4)They never kept their appointment time. Not sure she should be authorized to run a clinic. But since, she has authorization to run the practice … PLEASE, be KIND to yourself and DO NOT work with them. God Bless you all. P.S: I am giving her one star because it is required to proceed. Otherwise, she does not deserve ANY star.

Dr. Oiree is an incredibly talented practitioner. She became our family doctor two years ago and has taken care of all of our needs even bringing to our attention medical issues for which we were not aware. We feel fortunate to have her as our family doctor.

Dr. Riahr has recently taken me and my 2x teens on as patients. Yes the vetting process may seem arduous to some as reviewed but I appreciate that the office is being thorough and b/c of Covid, the online process is a safe way to do this. We "met" over the phone, where Dr Riahr was professional yet extremely personable. We then met in person and it affirmed our decision to move our medical services to her office. We are glad to have her as our family physician.

My immediate family members have had 4 referrals lost by the staff or not sent through without our direct follow up. We had to call the front desk numerous times and even come back twice for the same issue hoping that the referral will be sent through properly - surprise.. it wasn't the second time either. This issue has happened with two different doctors working out of this office and although it is possible it's their fault, I believe it was the front desk who dropped the ball. With Dr Riarh leaving I know it's easy for them to blame her for "not writing one." We are very excited for our pleasant and professional doctor to be working at a new establishment that will no doubt be better suited to handle documents properly.
