I started going to Loop Fitness Pilates about 3 years ago because of a bad back that I have had for over 18 years. With the help of Kristen and Pilates my back is better and I it has also helped out my rock climbing. Still going and can’t imagine it not been part of my workout routine.

Kristen's equipment is great and I enjoy the varied workout using the reformer for the entire class. If you want to target your muscles and have fun consider joining this small class size of 4 people.

I have never experienced such a full and balanced workout as I do while taking Kristen's classes. She is a very attentive instructor; her client's safety is her primary concern, and for this I am grateful.

I have had the privilege of being a part of Kristen's pilates classes for over a decade. Her love of pilates, dedication to always maintaining top-level instruction plus her devotion and commitment to her clients makes her the absolute best in her field. I can attest to maintaining a strong core after 2 kids! Facing the possibility of plaguing back and pelvis issues from a serious car accident, in my youth, pilates with Kristen has made this a non issue. Her warm personality, strong ethics and shining kindness is a bonus.

I’ve been going to Kristen/Loop Fitness for almost 10 years now. On the occasions I’ve missed for any length of time, the creaky bones have been creakier, the aching back has screamed from the rooftops, and everything has been stiffer. She provides a balanced workout that you can tailor to your fitness level. Kristen stays current with trends in Pilates, always adding to her extensive repertoire. A leader in her field.

I started PIlates with Kristen about two years ago hoping to gain some core strength and flexibility. I found both there and now always look forward to my sessions. They are always varied and muscles that aren’t always used are targeted. Classes always fun with great banter with the other gals which takes the pain out of the movements! I always leave feeling I have both stretched and strengthened all areas of the body. Kristen takes time to help each individually if needed. A great class.
