★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The property management is incredibly poor. My daughter and son in law own a unit at this property and tried for months to get a second fob for building access. They were put off time and again, and after months of asking, they were told by property management that they didn't know who to contact for this. The final straw was on Christmas eve. They cam home from a long day of visiting family and friends, only to find that their one fob did not work, and they could not get into their own home that they paid good money for. Can you imagine being locked out of your own home on Christmas Eve? They called the after hours emergency line and they were no help at all. When I called the after hours emergency line the next day, the woman on the phone couldn't even tell me the name of the property management company. If you try to go to their website, it re-routes you to a page all in Japanese that says "yokohama Lover". What is that all about?
Very poorly managed.
