T	Tumy Tran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Multiples times i ordered foods eat in. They made wrong foods. I ordered at drive thru after I paid, she said next rush me out of the way. I looked at rear view mirror no cars behind and disappointed with customer service received all staff.

Often times when my order is wrong they treat it like it's a hassle. But again, good food

Poorly trained and overstaffed yet a simple iced coffee is like constructing a space craft. I'd sooner get the drink by flying to South America and harvesting the resources myself.

First as we were called to the till the cashier walked away and told us to wait (which is fine, but she never returned for a while). Once we ordered she confirmed the number of drinks and we paid. When we were picking up our drinks one was missing and she claimed that we didn't order it and was pretty rude about it. After she made us pay again for the "extra drink" and then apologized as she forgot. Not sure why we even had to even pay for the extra drink at that point but we did.
D	Delaney Davidson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ first, my boyfriend and i tried to order and the cashier kept walking away every 10 seconds to go do something else while there was a million workers doing nothing, and then they have on the menu the item i wanted and they said they don’t make it anymore…take it off the menu then. so i get something else, and the lettuce in my wrap was rotten (you could even smell that it was rotten), there was no cheese and i couldn’t even eat it because it tasted so nasty and if you saw how it looked in sure you wouldn’t want to eat it either. i literally never go to tims and this is why. they’re all the exact same; all the employees are incredibly rude and all the food is just plain gross and not at all what it is advertised to be.

When you go inside after 10-15 minutes, they blame it on being short staffed, but there were 10 employee or more behind the counter. Poorly run. I'd rather drive a bit further to get better service. In fact, the Tim's in the 7-11 nearby is way more efficient than this location. Staff are rude here as well and want to rush. When you want to complain or give feedback, they don't listen. They just keep making excuses.

I've ordered here multiple times before writing this review, I was hoping it was just a bad batch of coffee and food . But it's like this constantly. Other locations are amazing . But this one... stay away if you want to really enjoy your food and drink. Another thing I must add .. half the time the order is messed up. No more.. I will not be coming to this location even tho its across the street from my home
K	Kirk Dewhurst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iced cappuccino and a sour cream glazed donut ? ?. It’s was quiet when we came so the service was fast and efficient. I have been to many Tim Hortons and this one is a bit above average. The restaurant was clean and well lit. The washroom is clean.
