★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievable pathetic. Waited ages in a short drive thru line. Got our order and found out the salad , the dipping sauce, the drink and the specially requested hot sauce was ALL missing!?!? Hard to take in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST staff ever and even worst food. Called to complain they hung up on me called back and they wouldn't answer the phone. Had to go there to get my money back no apology for the cold food and not putting any dipping sauces in the bag, apparently you have to check the bag to make sure it's right before you drive off my fault there was no sauces?? Very disappointing NEVER go to this location. Wish I could give it negative stars!! Never seen staff with such an attitude, learn some customer service. Can't even describe how bad it was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered large bucket of popcorn and the bucket was half empty . She charged me for large and gave small popcorn chicken initially. On asking she simply switched them to large bucket. Also, it took around 3.5 mints to cook popcorn chicken and she made me waiting at drive thru for 15-20 mints . I was the only person at the drive thru. Horrible customer service. Ask your employees to be friendly rather than showing off their attitude towards customers. Do tell them the difference between the large bucket and small cup size popcorn chicken. How could they just fill upto half when paid for full.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The amount of times this location has gotten my order wrong is insane. The fries are ways stale, the pop is always flat. The drive though times are easy 20 min wait even when there is only 3 cars a head of you. Got 4 tacos and a small drink and came to over 19 dollars. I can go to a sit down restaurant and order the same thing and get a way better quality than diarrhea wrapped in a tortilla for the same price. The owner of this location must be one of the worst or super cheap, these guys are allllllways understaffed 3 to 4 works tops to man the dinning room and drive through. I can't say enough bad things about this location. And clearly everyone else feels the same. Head office should really step in. Heads up, if you are wanting chicken, Popeyes is just around the corner!

Not one to complain and never give 1 star.
The public should be made aware that this KFC serves the oldest and worst KFC in the province.
If I didn't have two little kids I would have drove back to return it and hope for a refund.
Except I have to eat the cost while the food is in the garbage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SLOWEST DRIVE through, they said "chicken will be 6 min" it was way longer then that and the staff have a bad attitude. first and last time coming here. What a garbage location with staff who have garbage attitudes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possibly the worst KFC in the world. Every time you go inside you’re lucky if you get greeted within ten minutes. They only take one order at a time and work on it while all the prepared food dies rapidly. The manager - Marina- parks in the parking spot beside the handicapped parking spot- I’ve managed a fast food restaurant in the past and staff do not park the closest to the door;that is for guests. If you can’t care there she’s not gonna care anywhere. The food..... it’s always cold and incorrect . The potentially disabled girl working the register is just ridiculous. I asked for a special she had no idea what I was talking about. So I pointed up at the menu and she spun the opposite direction and said she doesn’t see it. It is absolutely atrocious. I take the bus out front of it ever weekday for over six months. Have tried to order I’d say twenty times and have only ever been served twice. Avoid this place at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgusting chicken soaked in grease. Wasn't crispy because it was soaked in grease. The bottom of the bucket had at least 2 ounce's of grease. See picture. Notice napkin from dabbing grease from chicken. Look at grease in bucket. Zoom in on chicken.....Color is off. This is now the second time from this location on 200 st., and 64 Ave, Langley. I'm going to report them to Fraser health
