★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fatburger is in the food court in the mall. I just had the regular burger with all the fixings. It was very good. Maybe I won't have the jalapeños next time. Replaced my fries with the onion rings. Delicious food. Deep fried pickle was good. Super nice staff. Small sit down restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manager was having a personal call on her cell phone when I came to order. She placed her phone on the counter to take payment and then continued to chit chat for a full 3 minutes before she hung up and called someone from the back to prepare my order. A little taken aback by the level of unprofessionalism. I can understand having to take a phone call I'm emergencies, but she didn't have anyone cover for her. She also could have notified someone of the order before returning to her phone call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a "Fatburger" from the menu, ate within 4 minutes of having it handed to me.
Meat was hot, but ingredients felt half frozen in the burger. Not a fun experience with a $10 burger that was hot and cold with a taste that was more on the bland side.
Was first experience with the Fatburger franchise. Maybe order something different on the menu for a better experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic food. The burgers are so good. We had the bacon cheese and the California with guacamole. Both were excellent. Service was good. Friendly but busy. We had to wait for our food a little but not unreasonably long. Overall a good experience.
