★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister and I took her daughter to get her ears pierced for the first time yesterday at the Sherwood Park Mall . Both the ladies were terrific and extremely patient, as my niece was anxious and nervous but very excited to have her ears pierced. It took longer than expected, but they just waited patiently until she was ready. I found it to be a bit expensive, but there wasn't anywhere else that was open due to COVID that we could check around. After all, JOJO had her ears pierced at Claire's so that seemed like the logical place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my ears pierced by a very sweet young lady, no swelling, pain, or discomfort so far! Also got 3 earring for 20% off and 3 for free!! I don’t remember her name but it was really good. I recommend the small silver flower studs, very cute and simple during healing process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Claire's in Sherwood Park mall and had my ears pierced by Indigo.
Indigo was amazing. She went through all of my options with me. She made sure I was happy with placement before piercing, and that I was comfortable. Indigo talked me through after care process comprehensively. The piercing station was sanitized while I watched, and the equipment was also sanitized. Jewelry was in sterile packs.
Indigo is also great with her product knowledge on everything in the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my ears pierced here and had a wonderful experience! Everything was clean and sanitized, the piercing was quick and surprisingly painless. The lady that did it was so friendly, answered all my questions and patiently explained everything to me. She realized I was nervous and was very good at setting me at ease. Definitely recommend this place!

She took her time to make sure everything lined up with my other piercings and was a pleasure to talk to. She made myself, husband and daughter feel very welcomed in her store! I would definitely take my daughter to get her ears pierced here when she’s older!
