★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked into the store and was immediately was greeted by a young man who asked if I needed assistance. I showed him my phone and the items I needed. He found one gift for me and then I was handed off to another very knowledgeable person in the book area. The cashier then rang in my order, suggested what I could buy to save $25 (a $2 item). Excellent service and advice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very positive experience in this store. The staff seem like they have so much fun doing what they do. A young man(I think his name was Theo), was super helpful. He was so joyful and made "shopping in a toy store" the experience it should be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Picked up lots of games, dolls, toys, and books today. Got a free Birthday gift for the Birthday Kid. They had a good time and lots of things to look at. Bathroom available and friendly staff.
