Noodlebox was born out of a small food cart in Victoria BC's Chinatown in 2001. Our unique style of Southeast Asian street food became so popular that people were willing to wait hours in the rain to get their fill. Now 20 years later, with over 20+ locations we continue to delivery on our mission of Real Food, Made Fresh, With Fire.

REAL FOOD We believe that real food is at the heart of great food. That’s why our Kitchens use non GMO veggies, premium proteins that are ethically raised, sauces without preservatives, and we never add MSG. Our restaurants take daily deliveries of fresh vegetables and meats. Why? Simple, because it tastes better and it’s better for you.
MADE FRESH We prepare each dish fresh, by hand, when ordered. This allows us to deliver a customized dish made just the way you like it. This level of customization ensures we can best support allergy and dietary concerns / preferences.
WITH FIRE We embrace the 2000 year old tradition of wok cooking with fire. The intense heat cooks fast and helps enhance the total nutritional value of all ingredients. We also keep our kitchens open so all our guests can enjoy the flame and experience the energy and passion going into the food we’re making.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter ordered the scorching hot and had to send it back because it had no spice. Both our noodles were over cooked and mushy. We really tried to eat it but couldn't. Wasted $38 on two dishes...drove over to A&W for fries & a burger.

Dishes were not as ordered and were boxed up like sloppy messes. Extras added were missing.
I reached out to management right away, and the owner/manager promised a refund, but hasn't bothered to refund me. It has been weeks without a refund
Additionally when I raised my concerns the two people I spoke with at this location argued with me about my experience saying I must be wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to give some feedback I’ve had at this establishment over my last 4 visits.
On numerous occasions I’ve asked the cashier for suggestion/recommendations and I get an “I don’t know” which is frustrating when they don’t know and don’t ask anyone else. I’ve been the only one in line at the time so being a busy time wasn’t the issue. On another occasion again the cashier couldn’t help so they asked the person cooking and they weren’t helpful either.
My third visit I had called ahead to place my order, they asked when I was going to arrive I said 15 min and was told it would be ready when I arrived (I was rushing to an apt afterwards)
Upon my arrival to pick up there were 3 employees there not not working on filling orders. I was the only one there, when I asked for my order I was told oh we will get that started right away we just need 10 min. I said forget it and left extremely disappointed.
I specifically called to place to order ahead of time for a reason.
I decided to give another try (I go here only bc they offer zucchini noodles) this time they were out of noodles (it was mon at 5:00pm)
I proceeded with the order anyways with rice instead. The dish was no good, it changed the entire texture of what I had got before by the time I ate it it was a pile of mushy rice since it absorbed all the liquid.
My kids really like coming here so I’m sure I will come back for them but unsure I will be ordering myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed. Was a customer of the Noodle Box in Victoria, where this restaurant originates from. Yesterday I ordered the GF spicy peanut noodle box from this location which I have not been to in 2 years. Something has changed as I have never had a box with rice noodles and the peanut sauce was absolutely tasteless. No fried onion topping any more and not even the slice of lime. Totally lost its originality of great quality and taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered for pickup today and was very disappointed. We use to love Noodle Box and this location, but after today we won’t order again. It started with the very unfriendly woman taking the order. We ordered spring rolls which were cold, gummy, and oily.. not sure how they managed that? Then the Shanghai chicken box was also cold, had only 3 pieces of chicken, the noodles were extremely dry with half the box filled with bean sprouts. We had also ordered it mild, and it was so spicy my husband couldn’t eat it. Huge fail! We won’t be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The inside is nicely designed and inviting, food made relatively quick, I got 5/5 spicy and was satisfied with the heat.
I will be sure to post a picture of the food next time I go back, mine was a crispy chicken bowl and it filled me up good with some naan bread on the side!
Definitely worth the try for a healthy meal that fills you up at a reasonable price!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered in for dinner tonight. Used to love Noodlebox. One of my go to places. Great good and flavour. I’m assuming there’s been a change of ownership but this is the THIRD time I told myself I’d “give it one more try”. But this is the final time. I’ve never eaten such bland food in my life. They used to have the best pad Thai. Has never tasted the same the last 2 times. Ordered a Singapore cashew box tonight…may as well eat hot noodles in a bowl of water.
