The owner was friendly and helpful, gave me a quote, and repaired it on a quick turnaround (quoted 7-10 days but called me after 4!). Efficient, friendly, and quality service :) my ring looks good as new, which is saying something as it’s 60 years old!

She was honest and took the time to explain to me how she did her appraisal. She offered great tips on how to safely travel with jewelry. I also had another ring polished, it came out looking shiny and new! I am so impressed and 100% recommend this business!

Since my daughter was playing in Sherwood Park, I also thought I would see if anyone would appraise it there. Jacqueline was amazing! Quick, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend their new location on Broadmoor Avenue!

Customer service there is amazing and not only was the ring repaired in a shorter time than expected, the quality of the repair was top notch and it looks just like it’s brand new again. I highly recommend the Gem Gallerie for all of your jewellery needs and I will definitely be returning in the future!
