Donair & Shawarma House is founded in 2018 by two passionate cooks with over 20 years of experience cooking mediterranean cuisine. We are newly immigrated Canadian citizens from Syria in 2016. We are ready to help and uplift the community and would like to help anyone that requires any assistance. We are dedicated to serving great, fresh, food and your satisfaction is what we strive for. Our restaurant is our pride and joy, please come in and experience phenomenal service. All of our menu items are authentic and cooked fresh in-house daily. We aim to bring you the freshest ingredients available. Try our Kafta or shawarma platters, you will not regret it! We take pride in bringing you all the different and traditional spices from our country, and serve generous portions. We want to share our culture with you through our food!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phenomenal customer service! We were offered samples and given little sweet rolls(not sure the name) with our order. Very polite and courteous. We ordered a number 1 platter and a regular sized chicken cheese shawarma. Biiig portions. Food is good.didn't have to pay until done eating. We'd come back ?

I always likes their food so much.. no complains so far. Best in class and the best part is their service. Great and to noch... Huge Huge portion. 100$ you will have left over to eat later.

The service was amazing, the owner was classy and hospitable and I was more than impressed by the excellent quality of the food. I would definitely recommend this place to any friend, colleague and family! The best Shawarma and Donair in Edmonton hands down!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you enjoy great food and amazing service, this place should be at the top of your list. Ordered takeout today and I was blown away by the attention to detail. It was not an easy order and they got everything right. They also threw in extra pop, extra sauce, extra rice, pretty much extra of everything. They even included a huge thing of baklava which was delicious.
The donair meat was juicy, full of spices and had the perfect level of crisp. I was amazed because they had only been open a few minutes. The donairs were huge. Great value.
Chicken kabobs were amazing as well as the falafel, tabouli and Greek salad.
The guys even helped me carry the food out to my truck. I would highly recommend this place based on my experience with their service alone. It’s a huge bonus that the food is exceptional too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is spectacular! Shawarma is made fresh daily as are all salads and sides. Portion sizes on platters can also comfortably feed 2 people. Staff are so incredibly gracious and kind. They deserve all the praise! Can’t go wrong eating at Donair & Shawarma house ??

I've never had Donair like that before and all their sauces are made in house. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I would go there everyday if I could. Definititely recommend going there! You won't be disappointed.

I couldn’t even finish half of it because I think they have this little game they like to play where the see how much food they can possibly stack onto one plate. Very fresh and tasty. Garlic sauce and hummus was nice too. The Syrian guy who served me was very friendly too.
