β β β β β I wonβt come back to this Ardeneβs in Sherwood Mall. The place was dead, there must have been 3-4 little girls working and they all looked like they hated their job. Got no help at the change room. They were more interested in talking to each other about their personal lives and like ...like...like..
Place needs to hire mature staff.

β β β β β Just left this shop 5 minutes ago after I had my face lasered and was surprised at the reaction I got. Went to the change room to have two very young girls tell each other in front of me to make sure all my items come out wide eyed staring at me. I told them this was a little rude, and they told me someone earlier had stole something. Which came with an eye roll, group of wide eyes following me around the store and gossiping. Please hire someone over 18 to be on shift, very young girls shouldn't be left alone to run a store.

β β β β β Staff were very rude and not helpful. I had waited for someone to help me in the fitting rooms but had to go find someone and they were just hanging around visiting and not paying much attention to any customers. The staff seamed to be very short with people and easily angered. I don't feel I did anything wrong or rude but they didn't treat me well at all. I had decided against buying some things because of how bad the staff made me feel and I couldnβt get out of there fast enough.

β β β β β Super rude staff, no help at all. Felt very uncomfortable. Was told rudely by one of the staff associates to keep my mask on, when it wasn't even off nor was I trying to take it off, I was just adjusting it and it was still on my face. Chill. Extremely rude. Then was told at the cashier I should loop it so it doesn't keep "sliding off" rudely. I was also told coldly to wash the sweater before I wore it. Very bizarre vibe. I will not come back here. Quit your job if you're gonna be that rude.
