★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wasnt aware it takes 4 hours to have our cats yearly vaccinations. Neither do I understand why this business is still using drop off...pretty easy when staff dont have to deal with customers coming and going... Im very disappointed with my last encounter

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As many have said, front staff is amazing! Not a single issue with them!
Took my cat in to be spayed and got her home. She was sutured with a single WRAPPED stitch of which was pulled visibly so tight it pulled her entire abdomen toward her spine. Kept her from moving too much as to not break the sutures yet she still managed to break a part of it revealing an infection inside as well as the entire stitch coming undone because they are not single stitches.
Now having to pay for a SECOND surgery. They wanted over 3X as much as the initial surgery to fix their bad sutures and treat the infection cause by something inside the incision.
First vet came to talk to me about the bill amount and procedures and tried to put blame on me stating that the infection set in and began to smell in a matter of minutes after the sutures ripped and caused by the ripped sutures. (Literally impossible)
Second vet they sent in was still passing blame as they will not take responsibility for anything.
I will never take another animal here again.
They do not care about the animals, only the money and ways to get you back to pay more.
Wish it was possible to give less than 1 star!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic doesn't deserve a score, so unprofessional. Motivated only by money. Very poor ethics and that speaks volumes. Very disappointed. I had several visits with my injured pet and never once did I get to meet the vet. Drop off only and your pet is there for hours in a kennel. Also a bunch of excuses on why they weren't sending my pets file to another clinic, that took over 6 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While on vacation, our 6 month old puppy needed to be seen for an eye issue. We had an appointment within in a few hours. All the staff were professional and friendly. They all seemed like they wanted to be there.
Dr. L, the vet, was great with Copper as was the vet tech Ashley. They walked us through everything and did a thorough exam. We felt confident in their diagnosis and they handled Copper with care and affection.
Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this clinic.
