I went there in person this morning to book an appointment as any other "Civilized" Business but nope, they said they don't pre book. The person behind the desk had absolutely No Smile on his face, Didn't appear Welcoming and was very Blunt. Well business is doing good I guess LOL. I felt like I'm lining up for Charity. So be aware of this system , if you need their good services, come at 7am in the morning and line up, bring a blanket, chair and hot coffee while you wait there in cold :) I have been bringing my both BMWs and my Ford F150 truck for tire needs since the previous owners of this workshop because I live nearby, but they behave they don't know you and you are a complete stranger every time you go there. I believe a proper customer care management is desperately needed here. Well, I went elsewhere, got tire services done, it was walk in, felt welcoming, and best part, the price was ok too. Will I go back here, convenience wise may be, or may be not!

D	Dmitry Verniba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They provide basic service, i.e. mount tires and balance wheels. No road-force balancing, in the phone conversation they said they had it. The usual lie. They are the regular mindless spin-and-slap-on-weight tire shop. If you drive a corolla or prius on steels, you are fine. If you need investigation conducted because you run aftermarket wheels with spacers, they don't have the expertise nor means. Asked them to investigate the issue with my wheels, told them that the wheels have been balanced by a number of shops numerous times over the last few thousand km, they said they would do the job. The did the regular balancing of....already balanced wheels...., slapped them back on, said that hopefully vibration goes away. Of course it did not, charged me anyway. Forget asking about hub-centric rings, that is way out of their competence. They said the expected thing, that it must be the problem with my suspension. An argument that there are no issues with stock rims went right over their head. Inconvenient questions, I suppose. A bit upset, because don't balance what's already balanced just to charge me. Investigate, or admit that you can't do it and don't bother starting. Or don't charge, if you can't solve the issue and know that you can't.
