C	Candice M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience started out positive - an installer came to my home quickly to take measurements for my quote. However, when I received my quote, some of the costs, such as installation and delivery, were higher than what I remembered one of the sales people told me the previous week. I phoned and asked for clarification, and was told that the installer told her to add extra cost for parking - a cost that was above what it would actually cost for the time it took to install my small project. I asked to have my quote itemized and the representative said, "well this is how we do the quotes". I responded by saying that I have a right to a completely itemized quote, with a break down of all charges and asked to have the quote redone again. She sent me a new quote the next week, however, it did not have the cost breakdown. I emailed back and again asked for the cost breakdown and have had no response for a week. Not impressed with this company and their sketchy business practices. City Glass proliferates the idea that you cannot truly trust companies in the home renovation and service industry.

Jennifer at the front desk lost my number twice, accused me of not leaving it with her even though I had sent her my number the previous week. When I re-sent the message her reply was "OK". No apology and terrible attitude. I cancelled my order because of the dreadful customer service. Can't imagine what the rest of the process would have been like, if this experience is any indication.

Their crew was at my house about a week later for measurements. The delivery of the materials was exactly on time. I had some complications with the demolition of the old shower door on the day the installation of the new door was scheduled (I did the demolition myself). They were able to juggle my appointment time by a couple of hours to make it work. Staff was professional and helpful. I would recommend City Glass without qualification or reservation.

They came, measured the window, and left. I never received an invoice or any followup from the company whatsoever. TODAY, over a full year after the incident, I finally received a phone call from the company to follow up on the repair. I don't even live there anymore, which means somebody else had to move into that apartment while it has a broken window.

They took the glass back to the shop, cleaned and renewed it, returned with new stainless steel and did the install a day later. City Glass stuck to the price they quoted, provided great and responsive service, and completed a very professional install despite this being a small job for their operation. We very much appreciated this service and they will certainly get our future business.

They know everything and anything when it comes to glass/mirrors/windows/showers. Very kind and friendly staff. The installation was AMAZING. I can not wait for my next project so i can go back to City Glass to order more things ! Jennifer at the front desk is who i dealt with and I would recommend anyone with any questions to contact her. She was very patient with me and also gave me great recommendations. She was very honest with me and let me know a lot of things i didn't, to benefit myself and not just make a sale for the company, which i find is very important and you do not see a lot of nowadays. I will be back ! Thank you City Glass for the excellent work !
E	Edward Chu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joe and Cody came by today to adjust a shower door for me. Sometimes there's a huge difference between doing it yourself and hiring professionals. This is a perfect example. I'd re-adjusted the shower door a few times myself but without fail it would sag shortly afterwards. Joe and Cody, in addition to being very friendly and professional, completed the repair while troubleshooting on the fly. I had no idea there was so much to hanging a shower door. It now swings perfectly thanks to two of the best in the business. Thanks guys. I'd highly recommend you both any day.

He replaced the door within minutes and was super efficiant. Even after completing the job and leaving for the day, Cody returned after City Glass had closed to return a piece we needed that day without any question or hesitation. Can't express enough how great the overall experience was with City Glass and Cody. Would highly recommend.
