★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is hard to come across of a good auto-service shop these days. But this one is a shop as any other shop should be. Prompt service, knowledgeable and experienced staff, friendly attitude, understanding and always there for you owner. What else should one wish? Awesome work, guys!
P.S. They were even able to balance used Chinese tires on crocked rims! WOW! I guess, this is what very well skilled specialist Dmitry and a top notch balancing machine could do...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with the service i received from Bird Automotive. They diagnosed my vehicle's problem right away without an appointment and provided an honest estimate for the repairs. The work was completed on time and my 2014 Ford is back to normal now. I would strongly recommend this repair facility compared to going to the dealership for repairs. Thank you Bird Auto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve never had a shop give up on a vehicle so it’s a little awkward. But I’d rather they did than drag me along making me pay for things that didn’t fix the car. They did not charge me for any diagnosis even though they spent many days
To The Owner:
The main thing that was wrong with my car was just a dirty maf sensor. After I replaced that, the starter went when winter came.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought a BMW X3, which I took to two mechanics before who quoted me over $1000 for 4x4 light and they couldn’t even fix it, brought it to Bird automotive and they said it was a very simple issue and they didn’t even charge me, thank you guys for your help, highly recommended for German cars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never had such a great time getting my engine replaced. They gave me a quote lower than I thought possible and they largely delivered on it! The wait time was a bit longer than quoted because a part broke (I was not charged) but the results were with it. I recommend this place to anyone with a German-made car and have recommended this place to most of my friends.
