★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time I ever went to Dawson, I had bottomed out my SUV so hard I hit my head on the roof. Dale threw it up on the lift for 20 min, and to my shock, said everything looked fine. Didn't even charge me to look.
Every time I go there, I know I'm getting the best service, and no unnecessary work.

He went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe and road worthy. There is not a mechanic in Edmonton I know who is more trustworthy than Dale and the family at Dawson motors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. Very Accommodating. They don't charge you for things you don't need.
I had rear struts replaced and they called me asking if my ABS system was working prior. I said yes, and they let me know that the ABS sensor must have broken during the removal.
ANY OTHER SHOP WOULD HAVE JUST TOLD ME IT WAS BROKEN AND SLAPPED ME WITH AN EXTRA $100-200.
NOT Dawson's. They have integrity.
I'd recommend this shop to anyone who doesn't know anything about cars, and doesn't want to get slapped with extra charges. They've got a real old school vibe too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called Thursday evening just before they closed and was able to bring my car in first thing Friday morning after another shop couldn't fix my car. Prices were very reasonable and the customer service was great. They explained things very clearly and even showed me the damaged parts they replaced so I could see for myself and understand. They were very honest and up front; I really appreciated that.
