★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Huss and Dalton guitar from Cash Box Pawn Shop which was shipped to Ontario. The entire process was very easy and the guitar arrived in excellent condition with no issues. Cash Box Pawn Shop's pricing was excellent and their description of the guitar was spot on. Very great experience I would recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience , they treat the customer with disrespect , specifically the lady Manager , I am already Customer with and bought 1k item before and when I went there to sell something with providing all the required documents and info about what I am selling , the lady manager just waste my time and disrespected me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sold my phone here to Tiffany, later on she accused me of selling her a demo phone (which u can only inquire by stealing), unlucky for her I had receipts from Samsung ditectly to prove my purchase. Store went silent and never got back to me so I stopped by and one of their sales staff told me they sent a large amount of phones to their sister store and it was a mixed up. No one called back to apoligize, ive spent thounds of dollars in that store and im never taking a step in again. If the store doesnt care about making it right i guess posting here is only fair.
Managment: Please pay attention to whomever decided to swap my phone for a demo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I meassaged them with a lower offer on an item they had for sale and within the hour they had messaged me back accepting my offer, they also threw in a bunch of games for my purchase and were very skilled and helpful towards my needs and price range! It's a friendly comfortable atmosphere and Iwill definitely be returning! Thanks Cashbox!

A 30 minute drive and gas prices are very high.
Just to find out the phone was black listed.
oh but its ok because ther sorry.
If they don't care about my time
Then I don't care about going back there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service, Shanna, Brittany and Volt ⚡️ were all fantastic, and went over and above. I purchased a $336 item from them today, as I got home I slipped and fell with item in hand and ended up landing on it destroying it. I went back to Cash Box a few hours later to rebuy the same item as it was for a Xmas present. They sold it to me for just $150, I am so grateful. Definitely recommend going there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Down bad, the most filthiest business I have ever been to. They treated me like absolute trash and only cared about the $ I was holding. Britney is the only one there who showed me even the slightest amount of respect, the rest and definitely including managment did not. This place is gross, I'm talking about infested with bugs and "we're gonna sell you a blacklisted phone for as much as we can because we can" type of gross. Do yourself a favour and stay away.
