★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dident like this place i have kids i got phone protectors and my phone fixed the guy told my i broke my phone he cant fix it but it clearly talked about life time warranty what ever i paid another 150 and hr nrver put a screan protector on my phone not happy.
p.s the phone problem i had was the screan was turning purple i coldent see anything never coming back here again .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 star cause you can't go lower. Horrible place, I paid just under 300 for a screen replacement and 2 days later my screen is all messed up. Went back for warranty on it and they refused to fix it. They said I needed to pay for another screen. Absolute waste of money and a total rip off. This is my first review I'll ever written and I'm very upset with the while experience.
I would not recommend this place or the south location. Please stay away if you valve your money. My phone is unusable now and I'm out almost 300 bucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0 star if I could, was lied about it being a genuine Apple screen, definitely wasn’t. Phone screen was lifted on the edges was told that’s normal, the screen lagged was told it would go away. Also screen lasted only 3 ish months and I sat down and the screen went completely black which makes no sense no physical damage. Then when my boyfriend got his phone fixed the lock button didn’t work, they said to him that it was working when I picked it up and I must of broke it, when he called them they told lies. They finally Owned up to it though and replaced his phone. Definitely don’t recommend this place at all. Worst place tbh

FIRST thing is, the person that served me was very nice and helpful.
My issue is with the return policy. I paid $40 for a screen proctector that didn't last two hours. It fell off so they put a new one on. It lasted as long as the first. They won't give me my money back, or even part of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I changed my phone screen here not too long ago and also bought a screen Procter that was so weak it cracked when I didn’t even realize it. A few days later my phone went black. So I tried going back here and they told me I need a new screen when the new current screen had no marks or scratches what’s so ever. Now I can’t use my phone anymore or I have to pay $120 for a new screen. Absolute scam!! I never ever has these problems with any phones I had in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phone fell between my car seat and the screen got crushed when i pulled the seat back to get it. I was flying out the city the next day and was in a panic as my boarding pass and travel docs are all on my phone. Called them up to see if they had a screen for a pixel 4a which they did and they repaired it within 3 hours (on a Sunday). Great service and very accommodating. Highly recommend this shop!! Thanks for saving me!
