Omar has been my personal salesman and Jim is always there behind him to support whatever I needed done, I have never met a dealership that works so hard to fulfill their customers needs. If ANYONE is looking for a vehicle in Edmonton go see Jim and Omar as they are the only people I trust for getting me on the road!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not fixing the car right the first time! Poor customer service, no quality on there work! No job warranty...fixed my car after 3 days problem comes back. Return my car but asking me to pay again for the labor...very frustrated customer here! I've been a regular customer of City Ford, bought my husband truck and referred 2 of my friends and always been sending my SUV and truck for repair. They don't know how value their customer. Don't bring your car here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got charger 460 dollars for them to tell ‘‘em the ignition was broken even though I told them that was the problem going in. When I went to pick the car up because I didn’t want them to fix it they tried to charge me more money to put my car back together.
