The sales team helped me out with everything from picking the right truck that fits my life style to lending me a vehicle to try out for a few days to see if a truck is really what I wanted. They set me up with a ram 1500 ecodiesel back in December and I have been loving it ever since. Even with the high price of used trucks Ben and his team were able to find me a good deal :)

He made me a very fair offer ! We came to an agreement on a price, and I listed my truck as pending status while at work. I went to his dealership right after work. He was such a pleasure to work with, right from my initial inquiry on their website, to driving off the lot in my new vehicle. He was very professional and attentive to all my questions with no pressure sales tactics, just a very relaxed and easy communicating experience overall. I had driven from BC to purchase this vehicle and Adrian was willing and able to source and have winter tires installed as needed. He gave me a very fair deal on my trade-in and I couldn't have been happier. Adrian also went the extra distance in helping me with printing, scanning and emailing documents for my ICBC insurance needs, which was so helpful. Veer also provided me with a In-Transit sticker for me to drive the Durango back to BC. I have dealt with many car salesmen over the years but Adrian was a cut above them all. I was looking to trade in my current truck for an upgrade to one with more features, and was able to get a good price on my trade in. During the test drive, I noticed the alignment was off slightly, but the salesman Adrian got that fixed extremely quickly so I could pick it up the next afternoon. Upon signing the deal, they gave me a loaner free of charge for use until I could take delivery. Eric at reception was also very friendly and gave excellent customer service. I would highly recommend UltraAuto for your next used car!
