The atmosphere was very much no pressure, they do not try to push you into a deal. Martin (hope I got name right) in finance was great and knowledgeable in getting everything set up with our plan. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a new or in our case "new" (used) vehicle. Thank you City Ford, Edmonton.

Robert connected with us and was curious to see what we were looking for. Accommodated around our crazy schedules with a new born and was very welcoming and friendly. Got us the vehicle we wanted and really went the extra mile. Mark in financing was also great to deal with. They all made us feel very appreciated, and important.

I dealt with Omar who explained everything and made the experience quick n stress-free. I felt that he was looking out for my interests and was honest with what was the best fit for me. The whole sales team was super helpful. I will definitely head back to City Ford when I want to make another purchase. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with this dealership was phenomenal. Robert (my sales person) treated me like an absolute queen and knew exactly what I wanted. He went above and beyond to make my purchase of the new Ford 2022 Bronco workout for me. He stayed late to make the sale for me on Friday and came in on his day off (Sunday) to ensure to be there for me when I picked up my brand new ride. He had pulled the vehicle into the showroom surrounded by red velvet ropes. It was the COMPLETE VIP treatment. He took the time to listen to what I truly wanted and worked with the finance team/management to get the best deal possible for the vehicle that I WANTED. I have had awful experiences in the past with dealerships but, this was absolutely fantastic. I will forever be a City Ford customer going forward. Thank you again for the absolutely wonderful service. 10/10!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So happy with the service at City Ford. We dealt with Blaine in sales and he made sure we got what we needed even with such low inventory. The kids were very welcome to play and hangout while we did all the paper work and everyone made sure to answer our many questions.
In service a month later Michelle was an angel to deal with. She treats you like family and makes sure you are taken care of as quick as possible.
They even have a little cafeteria upstairs while you wait with a lovely little cook and free coffee.
Literally everyone here is so nice, it feels like a small town here.
