★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding support from Macon, Vaughan, and Aldo! Simply put, I trust them enough to make an out of province purchase of a car I'd never seen or driven. I was looking for a very specific vehicle & options package, Macon got one in, but after I left the province. The team answered many questions, ensured that I had all the info and pictures I needed to thoroughly assess the car, and made the remote purchase simple. Fifth star pending another few days until I'm finally able to go get it! Thanks for supporting the troops guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not your average car dealership. The people are honest and upfront, the service is amazing, and the entire experience was absolutely delightful! I want to thank Tyler for his amazing service. Before we even met Tyler, he had sent us emails with info and a video introducing himself and our new van! And Vaughn was fantastic as well; very friendly and overall I got a good feeling when we were doing the paper work. It's been several weeks since we made our purchase, and I haven't an ounce of buyers remorse. If you want to buy a used vehicle and feel secure, then I strongly recommend that you see the folks at Cars Near Cost.

Aldo was a great salesman with the fastest responses I've seen. Vaughn was great and we shared some life stories and really proud of the way these guys do business. We felt super relaxed through the whole process, never felt pressured and we were able to have honest conversations with each team member we spoke with. One great feature of the sales process is that you get to go through a lot of the terms and conditions and warranty through an i-pad on your own, not a sales associate, so again a very low pressure situation! I searched for weeks for a vehicle, Leon and the rest of the team made it so easy for us compared to every other dealer we went to. I know the next time I look to purchase a vehicle, this will be the first place I visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company deserves a five star rating for a number of reasons. The facility is new, and very comfortable. You can tell it was designed to allow customers to walk into a pressure free, chaotic free environment that dealerships are expected to have. I was greeted by every staff member with a smile and warm welcome. I was treated with a beverage, then escorted to the lot with all the current vehicles for a tour. Tyler was very confident, knowledgeable and honest in response to my questions and curiosity about the business. The selection and presentation of the vehicles stood out. You will find information about the vehicle posted on the car, and to prove their “Near Cost” title, there is a printed sheet with exact models sold in the market to compare to. The concept and customer experience is what I was most impressed by, and the intention of making sure that the customer experience was very different from that of any other car dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle, especially because of how simple and quick the process of buying a vehicle is. Exceptional service, amazing car variety, extremely fair pricing, quick buying process. Thank you for leaving me with such a great impression. I will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reached out in regards to a vehicle that they had unfortunately sold, and Tyler was amazing. He didn't try to sell me a car I wasn't looking for like everywhere else I've dealt with. He knew what I wanted. As soon as another one came in he was quick to let me know, and that weekend I picked it up. I live a province away but it was well worth the 22 hours of driving in total.
They were all very generous, and made the process super easy.
They are doing very well for themselves. Happy to support them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to the cars near cost company looking for a specific car (Sante Fe) and that's exactly what I walked out with! Mathew was great through the process and was prompt with communication. There were a couple set backs with the vehicle being ready for pick up but it was well worth the wait. Vaughn was generous enough to offer me free oil change for life because of the delay! Overall it was a great experience and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
I am editing this review after 1 month of the purchase of my vehicle. The guys at the Car Near Cost company have been more than great to me. I had an issue with my vehicle making a squeaky noise and thankfully I had purchased the warranty best decision ever. Tyler covered my deductible for the warranty after I explained that the noise wasn't something new. I would recommend to support small and local businesses as they work closely with you to ensure you are a happy customer at the end of the day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was by far the best experience I’ve had at any Edmonton and surrounding city dealerships. They stock high quality vehicles and were upfront about any problems. All of their vehicles looked beautiful, their detailing team is unbelievable! The sales team are very personable and organized, sitting in their lounge they helped to review and compare vehicle options, even encouraged me to take time to feel comfortable with my decision. They are straight shooting and I will be recommending this dealership to anyone who asks me about locations to purchase high quality affordable vehicles in the future. P.S. classy waterfall!
