Randy was a fantastic salesman right from the start, always available to answer any question I had, or to update me on the location of my shipped vehicle almost daily...the truck is excellent as well. Very smooth.... They put my family and I in a hotel because we weren't local, and when there was a small hiccup with the payout, they rectified the issue instantly. I would definately recommend this dealership to anyone... Fantastic experience

Customer service was great and friendly. Super helpful. Lucas did fantastic through the whole job The results from the shop are variable. 2-3 day job took 5 days. Upon pickup of my vehicle, it wasn't drivable. Problem was fixed after an additional 1.5 days. No courtesy vehicles or loaners. Vehicle was asked to be delivered and filled up. The truck was delievered with no fuel, with the guage under the red line. Although the customer service from the shop was great, it was a bumpy ride to get my truck fixed and my concerns heard. I won't be returning to this dealership.

Customer service is awesome. Super friendly and only wish to get you back on the road as quickly as possible. Parts on the other hand not so good. Called to say part not there and will take 10 days after re-ordering. They gave me a courtesy vehicle and then called me back saying car will be ready in 15 minutes. The part was there the whole time.

Cassandra in the service department is absolutely amazing. She is honest, empathetic, friendly, reassuring, and just simply amazing. When my car was having an issue, she was able to get me in right away, and help with any issue that arose with a smile. Her customer service is the best. If anyone gives out gold stars, she should get them all.

After a completely terrible experience with the service advisor Andrew I swore I would never use the service department here again. I decided yesterday to give it a second chance and dealt with Cassandra instead. She completely turned my experience around. She was honest, knowledgeable and awesome to work with. She got the recall/warranty work (that Andrew refused to have done) done without a second thought. The rest of the experience was great, I will be back as long as I deal with Cassandra or someone other than Andrew. Give Andrew a broom and let him sweep the floors instead of working the service counter…he has no clue what customer service means.

Bought a brand new vehicle - the salesman Danny was excellent to deal with. He was kind and helpful. However, there were a couple of hiccups causing me to only rate them 3 stars. Firstly, I was promised they would ensure I had a ride to the dealership or delivery or delivery of my new vehicle to my house as I had already sold my primary vehicle. When it came time to make these arrangements β€œBrittany”’ informed me this was not going to happen. This caused me to a lot of extra stress having to bug people to find a ride from my rural community to pick up my brand new vehicle. One would think when you are spending thousands of dollars in an economy where new vehicles are in short supply that they would try harder to accommodate their out of town customers. Secondly, I was first quoted $5000 for 5/100 extended warranty which I declined as I knew I could buy extended at a later time. I decided to shop around. Another dealer sold me 7/160 warranty for $4500. I took it without hesitation. So buyer beware. Don’t expect them to help you out if you are from out of town and shop around for your extended warranty!!

I visited countless car dealerships around the greater Edmonton area in the weeks leading up to my visit to Ron Hodgson. What started with basic questions about vehicle availability turned into a barrage of text messages, emails and phone calls. In the rare case that a vehicle was in stock, test drives were followed up with unbelievable hidden fees when given an actual quote. I was growing more frustrated with every dealership I visited. My experience at Ron Hodgson was drastically better than anywhere else. Danny was very helpful, friendly, and I never felt like I was being pressured into buying anything. I was quoted a price much lower than what I was expecting with a much better financing rate than any other manufacturers/dealers were offering. Ludwig was also a pleasure to deal with, handling all my paperwork, financing and additional options. The vehicle hand over was done by Brittany. She was very friendly, positive and helpful, walking me through all the options and features that came with my new truck. I recommend Ron Hodgson to anyone in the market for a new vehicle, especially a new pickup truck. I've only had it for a couple weeks now, but my new Silverado 1500 3.0L Duramax Turbo-Diesel with the Z71 off-road package is awesome. It has lots of power and incredible fuel economy.

If your looking for a new truck, see Justin. He was incredibly kind. Allan the sales manager is totally silly but will be straight forward and honest with what your deal is and won’t give you the run around. For once we enjoyed buying a truck and didn’t feel like we were getting hosed. Thank you to everyone involved in our deal and for being an honest sales teams. It is extremely appreciated! Buy your next GM here!!
