★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a vehicle from Best Buy Auto Direct recently and was mostly pleased with the experience. Mike, (sales rep) was courteous and professional; he even picked me up from the bus station (I was travelling from out of town). The vehicle was in good shape, the advertisement was accurate and overall I was satisfied with the pricing/quality of vehicle. After I'd taken the vehicle home the battery died, but the team at Best Buy Auto Direct honored their contract and replaced it for me at their cost. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a quality, used vehicle. They treat you well and are transparent with what they're selling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful and honest. The first place I got a quote told me my vehicle needed so many unnecessary repairs and new parts. Troy was very honest about what actually needed to be fixed. And when I brought my car into the shop they fixed in a great time frame. I will definitely come back when my car needs services and will definitely recommend anyone to go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome guys and service and would highly recommend! They were able to rush me in and assist after kal-tire wouldn’t change my tires due to wheel spacers on the car!? They even stayed late to get me back on the road!
I’d certainly give these guys a shot if your vehicle needs anything as they seem to really want to help their customers and at a fair price!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh my gosh so the snow storm hit and all I had was summer tires. Called them up and not only were they able to get me a set of winter tires ordered they were able to install them the same day. Great service and friendly staff. Highly recommended these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought in for alignment but they couldn't do it claiming a faulty rack. Charged the price of an alignment anyway for "attempting" to do one. What a joke!!! Took to somewhere else where they said nothing was wrong with the rack. Alignment done and haven't had any issues since.

We dealt with Rod, and not only were they more than helpful, they were friendly and accommodated us in a timely matter. I would definitely recommend bringing any vehicle to this shop as they are professional, well priced and very accommodating. We were more than happy with our vehicle and the service we received.
