J	Jina Nam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst CIBC branch ever… I really regret opening my business accounts there. Terrible, inefficient and unprofessional. One of the staffs was absolutely rude and did not care about my privacy in front of other shareholder of my company. I told the manager about this experience and she said she will assign someone else to help us. No one followed up. Business owners - please go to do your banking in another branch! I recommend Renfrew station branch and Victoria Drive & 41st Avenue. The only reason why I went to this branch was because I have a business nearby. But I shouldn’t have done it..

Today I stood (again) in a crowed bank with a group of clients frustrated as they weren’t able to get service and the attitude that staff gave was “FU guys” Worst customer service, in person and online. CIBC should be embarrassed. This is more than likely from top down.

They send me email few days ago for credit bill, but without statement. Everytime I have to hurry up for payment, have to check my amount...Ken
P	PINOY SPOT on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For international students be careful on putting your money in this bank because its really hard to reach after you open your account. The info in their website is really misleading you will NOT get your money though you landed here, you will get it after 60days maybe more and they will not update you. Very bad experience and poor costumer service. Until now where still dealing with them and even we go to their branch they cant give an answer.

Spent the next 2 hours fighting to get anything. Would not accept my passport as ID???? Wanted me to go to licensing for 2nd piece of ID. Can't with no money... finally advanced me $50 so could go. I was so upset. List everything including my phone. Couldn't get new one without credit card. Meanwhile my cheque books and visa are in the wilderness with things and they won't let me cancel. A nightmare.... the manager was so cruel and mean... treated me lime a criminal...with a val8d passport in hand...and over 20 years of banking with them...worst bank EVER
I	I’m a G-ma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very frustrated with the atm machines here. I have driven down there two different times wasting gas to deposit some cheques thinking maybe the first time there was a reason for the machine not to accept them. Nope! Both times using different machines, it still says unrecognized. I have deposited cheques before without an issue. What if I had to deposit a pay cheque? Can’t wait around for the bank to open. I don’t understand the banking hours here, I mean this is a major branch! Is it because of covid? To open at 9:30 is ridiculous. Other banks (not cibc) have longer hours. I think another branch should be opened in south Langley or even Murrayville. Walnut Grove has one, why not one this way??
V	Vern K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the Worst branches ever dealing with that lady Goma Ghag is a nightmare, I went there for a bank draft today, I also inquired about any promotional merchandise which banks and other business hand out . She was extremely rude and unprofessional, I was talking to her and in the middle of the conversation she shows me her hand in a very Rude gesture pretending to be busy. She also stated nothing is free ( are you kidding me I give them almost a million dollar worth of business annually) if she's talking to high volume clients like this I can only imagine how'd she interact with others! Very rude, unprofessional and ignorant. She should be taught basic customer service first and then allowed to sit behind the counter. I also tried to raise this issue with their Branch manager Anita but she didn't even return my call despite leaving her 2 voice messages. Better to take your business elsewhere. Horrible go there if you want a nightmarish customer service and cocky rude ladies who place themselves above their clients!
