Was told I had to wait for a letter to come in the mail to find what credit card I was eligible for. With 0 debt and a fixed disability income I had to wait almost 2 weeks to be told I was denied the lowest available: 300 limit.
Disabled pay is pretty generic so pretty much disabled people cant handle credit cards according to BMO.
I changed to TD and was shown that very SAME visit that I was approved for 1000 dollar limit. Wow what a difference. Dont bother with BMO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional attitude of the employees. we struggled a lot to open a business account and after wasting a lot of time we moved to CIBC, never ever bank with BMO. No customer satisfaction, BMO should spend money on training staffs instead of advertisement, that will attract more customers and positive reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just need more tellers when required, if your looking for a bank with a long line up to get service, I highly recommend this one as there quite consistent. Tellers are friendly and helpful once you get service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dissapointed almost every time I have to do business with BMO. Ancient service and customer service... I don't know how other banks are, but definitely i'm going to try an other bank because this is just simply unbearable. You can't reach anyone from the branch over the phone and they will never call you back, period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had some issues regarding our children's RESP GIC investment. Talked to the branch Manager Lisa. Who listened carefully understood the anomaly and our plight, assured us to look in to the problem.
She kept her promise....calling us today 16 December and fixed the issues of interest calculations and restored back.
Kudos to this NEW branch Manager Lisa!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hook Alex Lee up with a raise, the teller was great and helped me applied for my first credit card. I was paying lots of fee on my chequing account since it only had limited number of transactions. But Alex was really patient and explained that since I had so many only fan subscriptions, it would be more beneficial by using a credit card. He also helped me set up auto pay to only fans on my phone, now I had a peace of mind and won’t be worried about missing a single payment. I love the BMO and will definitely come back when I get a legit girlfriend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been working with this bank for many years. This department has a good and friendly team. Very fast and confident service. Large enough parking. There are 2 ATMs for transactions.
The only thing that doesn't suit me very well is the working hours. Need to work longer, because people after work do not have time to get to you.
