β β β β β Dealing with TD for my business services has been terrible when it comes to dealing with anyone at the branch. It takes 2-3 weeks to get a reply from my business account manager. Phone calls, voicemails, emails, all ignored. TD is making tens of thousands of dollars each month on our credit card transactions and EFT billing so itβs shocking to see this lack of service for a well proportioned client. Experience has been so bad I am taking all my business to another bank entirely. If you are considering banking with TD for your business, DONβT DO IT!

β β β β β I live overseas most of the year. There is no simple way of talking to a living person that should be able to resolve my issues. Like simple transactions of transferring money from my TD account to my B o M in Toronto. IMPOSSIBLE!!
Then when I phone my Langley branch the phone number comes back not in service. Not happy!!!

β β β β β Tried consolidating my debt and dealt with Ameet Thiara at first. As I was doing this virtually I figured it would take a bit more time. Almost four months after getting everything in order I didn't hear anything back unless I followed up, and the last correspondence was that its in its final stage she should've known in a week yet I didn't hear anything back after that week. As my sister dealt with another agent I decided to reach out to Ujjwal Puar which was great at first she seemed helpful and had some hope . Unfortunately I reached out to her via email after few weeks and heard nothing back since then.. wouldn't recommend the Willowbrook Branch they don't seem to care for its customers or strive to provide
great service.. being a customer over 23 years I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here.

β β β β β I wish I could give zero stars. The staff here are stuck up and rude. They locked the doors before closing and lied saying their system was shut down when I could clearly see people making transactions at the teller.
I have never had a good experience in this branch and they should definitely talk to their staff about customer service. Lying saying your system is shut down when it is clearly not... that's not good customer service if you ask me.

β β β β β The branch manager, Sonja, handled my mortgage application last year for three months with no response. When I asked about my application, she apologized and promised that if I gave her a second chance, she would do her best to see if I qualify. Five months later, no response and I contacted her again because I was running out of time. She had not done anything and, she claims she had been sick and also on holidays. Wow, usually files are transferred to another employee if some one is not available. This to me is unacceptable and incompetent to say the least. On top of this, I sought to speak to the branch manager only to find out that it was her! So disappointed and planning to shift all my banking elsewhere. After reading other reviews here, I see I am not the only one.
