This last time I requested 3 types of sausages for a private Ukrainian fundraiser we held at our house in Surrey on June 5, 50+ people in attendance. The quality of sausages was wonderful, I ordered bratwurst, mild italian and chicken sundried tomatoes. I ordered them in 3 inch size so that they will fit a small bun and will be more of a finger food item for a crowd of this size. I realize that was unusual size and I wish Tharron who took the order had been upfront to tell me they would not accommodate such request. The small sized sausages were very poorly linked (or possibly regular sized ones halved) and were falling apart on the BBQ, the last thing the hosts need with a crowd of this size. It was very frustrating and diverted my attention from the objective of the event. It was a $330 order and one would think should have been paid attention to, especially in light of the nature of the event which I shared with Tarron. I will continue to use this shop because the quality is good, but do recommend to be VERY specific of your expectations on orders that do not fit the proverbial box. Have quite a bit of leftovers and will be making chilis and pastas where sausages need to be broken up anyways.
