Won't recommend CIBC product "personal line of credit" in general and this branch in particular. They start you with the low interest rate for the personal line of credit then slowly jack it up to almost credit card rate. Got few calls over the time from this branch asking me how am I satisfied with the CIBC products, I've let them know about this issue with my personal line of credit interest rate jacked up. Nothing was done. Last representative, Jazmin, haven't even followed up with me so I could send documentation required for a interest rate review. Still waiting on an email from her after I left a voicemail.

This is the worst branch you could go to, they ignore you, they tell you there is nothing they can do. They try and upsell you, and when you dont take it. They attempt to get their boss, to take over and pressure you for sale. And just told me to leave after not wanting their services for automated stocks. Communication problems, rude staff, ignorant behavior, dismissive staff. Just choose ANY other branch. Peter Massey tried to sell me products that I didn't want and told me to just get out when I wouldn't let them handle my stock so they could just sit on it and claim the 2% to do absolutely nothing.. We are on to the scammers that this BRANCH employee.. Customer Service first, then you can have my money.

One of the worst banks to deal with, even with the services they offer they always find a way to sneak in some extra charges every month. I switched banks and the headaches I use to get with the surcharges are gone and I no longer have to put up with bank employees like these guys at this branch. Manager seems very condescending with his tone and how he speaks to people.

Poorly run branch that never answers the phone, so much for convenient banking. Also misrepresented their products to me. Avoid this branch like the plague.

Staff has zero knowledge , even for simple transaction they keep you wait. Long line up only 2 staff at the desk others were just roaming around.

Understaffed, very slow employees and guess what, if you deposit cash into your credit card it takes 3-5 business days to be reflected, because they need that time to verify. IT’S CASH!! Takes them 8 second to count but 3-5 business days to verity ?

Really, they are suffering with the lack of banking knowledge, My funds were in hold and visited to leduc branch, they found the problems and suggested me to go my home branch and I came here and they found nothing and said fund will be avaiable tonight, but it was not. The branch operations are more likely indian style, staff s are not well behaved, avoid this branch if possible!!! Even I don't want give a single star !!!

I have never had a problem with this branch. On Friday 27th May, Soumya Tayar went above and beyond to help me with my problem. Miy Debit card along with all my ID had been stolen and in about 20 mins I was on my way with a new card and all the instructions I needed to get back to online banking. Many, many thanks.
