★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to come back a few times and I still can't get comfortable enough with my denture.
Ever since I had new my partials from this place, everyone can tell I'm wearing one. I had at least a handful people asked me if I'm wearing partial dentures because the tooth was floating from my gum. I had my denture done in May and the tooth fell off 6 months later. I came back to get them fixed and said I'll have to pay for it or have my insurance cover the cost of repair. I refused to pay for it or claim it from my insurance. The secretary called me back saying they'll cover the cost only for me to find out that they filed a claim on my insurance anyway based on the insurance information on my file, I provided them from the beginning.
Terrible place.... please stay away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a top plate made on October 2020, have been back several times even had them redone and they still do not fit properly. I can not eat with them and they are lost fitting. been to another denturist and they said bad looking.
SO I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK AND THEY CAN HAVE THE PLATE BACK!!!!!!! NOT EVEN A ONE STAR

I didn’t smile often, but after receiving my new dentures I am doing a lot more of that. My Denturist explained all the steps as we went along which made me feel very comfortable. He did an awesome job with the new dentures. There office followed all the protocols for COVID-19 which made me feel safe . I will recommend him to my friends and to anyone who asks for a recommendation. Thank you !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give them zero stars I would. I got my dentures here October of 2020. Almost a year later and him having a second chance to make them they were still terrible. No suction. Didn't fit in my mouth. Wrong arch shape and looked like horse teeth. I had them reassessed by multiple denturists who all said they were made absolutely wrong even the second try. I will be reporting to the college of denturists my insurance and pursuing replacement cost for my new set of dentures I just had made by a new denturist

ALL THEY WANTED WAS MY INSURANCE INFORMATION BEFORE EVEN TALKING TO ME ABOUT TYPES OF DENTURES OR ANYTHING THRY WANTED TO RUN MY INSURANCE INFORMATION TO GET MONEY FIRST!!! THEN BECAUSE I WOULD NOT GIVE MY INSURANCE INFORMATION THEY SAID THEY CANT HELP WITHOUT MONEY FIRST!!! I WAS EXTREMELY BLOWN AWAY ABOUT THE POOR SERVICE AND STAFFING HERE!!! I COULDNT BELIEVE WHEN THE DENTURIST TOLD ME THAT DEPENDING ON MY COVERAGE DEPENDS ON THE QUALITY OF DENTURES I WOULD GET!!! NEVER GO HERE!!! ZERO RATING!!!
