Dr. Singh is amazing family physician, super helpful and never fails to answer any of my questions or refer me to someone who can better help me. He really care about his patients. Everyone here is super friendly, especially the front desk staff. Anytime I call or walk in I’m greeted with such a friendly voice and am helped with no problem. Dr Singh is very caring and compassionate and treats you like family. I always tell my friends and family that he has a healing touch. I will recommend him to everyone.

A	A. Hdz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this Dr. Virinder Singh a 0 I would. He spent years treating my father and 2 days before my father was sent to hospital critically ill, we were in his office and he was dismissive and just prescribed more pills. This doctor was careless and does very little when he sees patients. He prescribes medication yet never examines or checks lab work he does to dig deeper. The day I went with my father he dismissed my requests for a specialist, and my concerns about my fathers swelling in his legs and constant need to urinate. Two days later my father was in critical care with 50% capacity to his kidneys and we were told he was dying. After his carelessness with my father my aunt decided to change doctors too and her new doctor reduced so much of the medication he was prescribing her as in some cases the doses Dr. Singh prescribed were double.

R	Rinku Patel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I try to book an appointment with doctor first receptionist give me a call and say I have opening 9th May 8:30 we went there she say is not any appointment under you or your husband name I called today to book an appointment and she say you had appointment yesterday how come I say I don't know about it and I say I want to book an appointment as early as I can she say she don't have it until June 9th if I want I have to call everyday and check if there any it's very redeculous and she talk to me very rudely her name is saroj we are your patients you have to be nice with us if you want to nice to be with you very disappointing

Receptionist said you can watch the procedure from out site of the room so I stood outside,but the lady in the room rudly told me that she doesn't want me to stand neither outside nor to watch the procedure. She must learn how to behave with people.This not the only clinic in Edmonton. Will go to another clinic for sure.
G	G G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extended waiting each time If you have an appointment at 10 you get to be able to sit in the office by 11:15 and doc see you another 30 minutes latter even when you have an appointment. Dr V is a great doctor but there management needs to come up with an efficient system so ppl dont have to wait 2 hours extra even with an appointment, i hope my review helps you improve.
