I had a very bad experience regarding money in the office with Dr.'s Secretary and I only found out in 2008 almost 8 years after. However I have enough evidence to take them to court and get back the money that wasn't small amounts it was an income tax check that I signed over to Wendy for payment of my special lenses because Alberta health only pays for generic so I found out my lenses cost only $2700.00 but instead my check was well over $3000.00 and I won't disclose the amount. Wendy knows she took my check but is now avoiding me like the plague and I wanted to retrieve my file today and she answers the office phone but tells me I can't get the file as she is out of the country. Feb 8, 2018. This woman is very crafty in what she does. So I would steer clear of anything to do with this woman in the office of Dr. Kutzner. Tiffany or Stephany who previously worked there gave to me the information when I had questions about what I could do about my left eye that is giving me trouble. She told me that I only paid $2700.00 for my lenses and not over $3000.00. So I think there is room for discussion here with Dr. Kutzner and his shady little Secretary. She is about 66 years old Grey Black hair and runs a tight ship but the can is about to go down.
