Front end staff are awesome! Shout out to Aamira! She's so friendly and always cheery. I've been coming here consistently for 3 years now. My first doctor was Dr. Okwuosa who recently moved offices so I can't see her anymore but have now since seen Dr Hanna. Dr Hanna is very friendly and very professional, very easy to talk to. I feel he cares about my needs. From the front end staff to the doctors there I just love going there. The wait times aren't terrible. Every place I've been to has some wait time so nothing is different here but most of the time you get in right on time. On a rating I give them a 10/10. Keep it up :-) PS: I watched a guy be completely rude to the front end staff tonight and was yelling at the doctor the whole time you could hear him. These people are doing the best with what they have, treat them like humans please!

This Clinic is in Millwoods on 28 Avenue. Very close to the Grey Nuns hospital. The nursing staff and receptionist are very helpful. The Doctors are good . The plus point with the Medicenters is that they are open from 9 am to 10 PM. It's a walk in clinic. There are various qualified Doctors here. The only drawback is sometimes the wait time is too long The location is good. There are ETS bus service on this route. It's just opposite the Grey Nuns hospital. Parking is free.

Dr. Lucewicz has given me exception care and pays attention to detail. He is very thorough. Explains things well, and I never feel rushed. He has great bedside manner and I will continue to see him when necessary.

I went as a walk-in today to get my Covid vaccination certificate verified. The receptionist informed me about 30 mins wait time. After 30 mins, I was put in a room where I waited for another 45 minutes to see the doctor. After I got my certificate verified, he charged me $40 for a clinic visit. When I complained that there should not be any charges for my own health record verification and that he should have mentioned these charges before hand, he said he did me a favour by accepting me as a walk-in and advised me to go another clinic next time. Medicentre should work towards training their staff in customer service.

I saw there are few negative comments about the receptionist maybe instead of replying everyone to send you a message just improve the service?? We had an appointment at 10:30 we went in 10:20 so we patiently waited. 10:40 there’s a guy came in said he had an appointment at 10:00 and the receptionist let him go before us. I don’t quite get this because normally if you are that late the front receptionist will send you away or let other people who are on time (or see the patient FCFs base)go first right?? Should we start being all late and cut in front of everyone who are on time? Don’t get what the logic here is. And what’s the point of appointment?Anyways. We just waited for an hour. The doctors and nurses are nice and professional.

So the reason you can't reach a human when you call- is because they're " short-staffed." I went in anyway(this morning) to book an appointment as I have been feeling unwell last 3 days. I did my covid test, and it was negative. When the receptionist/ nurse checked me in, she said I could be squeezed in, but it would have to be a phone consultation. I asked her how that would work and wouldn't the Dr need to see me to figure out what's going on?. Anyway, I waited in the parking lot for the Dr's phone call. It had been 15 minutes past the appointment time, so I started my drive back home. The Dr called 30 minutes after the scheduled time( Understandable as they maybe busy). After I described my symptoms, she mentioned she was willing to see me; I would have to do a Covid test in the clinic, for which I need to pay $42. They use the same rapid test kits the pharmacy gives out for free. It seems a better option to get help online by doing a google search than how these clinics operate. Too bad we have to go through these Dr's & clinics to get the prescribed medication we need to treat us. Unnecessary runaround. Extremely disappointing standard of care and communication.

I have been going to this medicentre since I was in my early teens. I had a doctor throughout my life and when it was time for her to retire we decided to another doctor there, we were fine with that then the doctor kept canceling our appointments and the centre was always closed so we found a family doctor that fits for our needs. We had asked the centre to transfer our medical files to our new doctor as he try to get them but haven’t been able to reach the centre. Then today my husband and I thought we will go in person but behold it was closed. I need to get access to my medical records please.
