C	Cats, Cars and Cooking on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The teller was friendly but I was there to withdraw a large amount of cash to purchase a vehicle. She informed me my daily limit was high enough but she could only get me $2000. The rest of have to go to the ATM. The whole point of going to this branch over the SW Airdrie branch was to deal directly with a teller, not just use the ATM like they make you do at the other branch. Not only are these transactions that count towards my monthly fees but the safety aspect of having a line up of people behind me while I withdraw a massive stack of cash (ATM only gives out $50s and $20s and no envelopes might I add) is a bit unnerving. I will likely be switching my multiple accounts, credit cards and line of credit to a more client friendly bank in the near future.

If they see a line-up you’d think they would put out an extra teller! We gave a business account here as well as personal so can’t always use the ATM. I really miss our CIBC branch that closed down in Crossfield.

A	Alnoor Nurmohamed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One off the worst bank that you can have an account with especially the Airdrie location I went to see the Account manager it takes them more then 3 weeks to figure out some simple transaction and once I went to see him in his office,as soon as he so me coming in he just closed the door acting that he is very busy it’s a sad to go from this bank after banking with them for over 25 years shame on them
M	Michelle Brunning on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get bank drafts before their closing time. To my astonishment, they had the doors to the banks inside tellers closed at least 10-15 minutes before the time on the appointment message center, which was 4:00. Outer doors close at 5.. What's the deal!

Went elsewhere and got one no problem! Also had a account with them and it took me weeks to get in and cancel as there hours are the worst! When I asked them about them as COVID caused some places to change hours, the response I got was "go to the city" if the hour's didn't work . They have called to try and bring me back in but don't even have the hours to be able to accommodate me
