J	Jenny North on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The assistant manager Carol Lawrence could not provide me with a math breakdown on a morgage penalty. Instead, she threw my mortgage documents at me, said "you signed it" and slammed the door in my face. All I wanted was to see the math in how they came up with a number, as I did the math based on what it written in my mortgage docs and it was not even a little bit close. Her customer service was deplorable and I cant believe this woman is a manager. I have been a loyal customer of Scotia for nearly 20 years and they have now lost all my business for good.
T	Tammy Conrod on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Try to call the bank to deal with an issue. There is no being able to actually contact the branch! You have to go to a general customer service line , be on hold for at least an hour only to find that they can't help you and only then are you given a direct number to your branch. Then you call that number get a voicemail recording , leave a message and your call doesn't get returned ! Zero customer service ! And I have banked here for over 20 years !!! But the money is taken from my account for fees without fail and on time !
S	Sasha X on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is unbelievable I just didn't line for 30 minutes and still didn't get anywhere The cashiers are much more busy talking to friends than actually helping out customers but there's a huge line. And this isn't the first time either I would suggest going to a different Scotiabank maybe where people actually do their jobs

A	Alexander Keith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely a horrible branch to deal with. Tried to talk with them about an issue, she never listened to anything I said. Asked me about my current income (it hasn’t changed), I asked why does that have anything to do with my current issue? She chuckled and said “we’ll see” and then did nothing but do a sales pitch. Accused me of getting on the defensive side when I didn’t want to go with her sales pitch. Then told me to call her manager and hung up. I called him and got the same sales pitch. No help for my situation.

I stopped to deposit a check for my convenience and they told me they couldn’t release my hold because they aren’t my home branch. When I banked with TD I never had any holds on depositing cheques. Not a happy Scotia Bank client!!
T	The A/C guy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not open on weekends is an inconvenience. May consider switching to a bank that better serves me.
