★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I have my business account with Main Street Airdrie went to deposit my pay check into my account in Chinook branch the guy look at my paystub and waive the hold. I went to the Main Branch in Airdrie and they hold my check and both the teller and the business personal banker was rude more the personal banker saying they are not Chinook, same bank. He was very rude it’s not acceptable to me. Sometime you just have to wonder is it that racism or just I have to dress in my suit to be acceptable and trusted. I know I have options

Three days after my appointment with Angela she followed up with me over the phone, making sure I had everything and making sure I was satisfied with the service. Excellent customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst experience with the branch manager Sherry Neis. Please, when you are talking to your customers remember to have manners. We have been coming here for years and love the tellers, they have been amazing with us and handling my husbands small business. No one deserves to be talked down to the way she did to us today. Sadly we will not be returning to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I try to get money out and the bank block my accounts because my friends friends the states in California send me money and they thinks it’s fraud but it’s real money and asking me questions and they are trying to say I owe them money I don’t think so and I got no place to go and my friends send me money to help me out and my landlord is kicking me and my son out if anyone got extra money from your friends and family don’t up in your account they might think it’s scam and fraud and they wants to know about your life

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Manager of this BMO branch will not go above and beyond for their customers. Even though I had proof of another BMO branch doing what I was requesting, they would not. Really puts a damper on things when you’re trying to run a business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I typically don't do reviews but feel compelled to do so right now I was dealing with a financial banking issue today and the teller Anna was who assisted me however as we got in to details of my situation she insisted there is nothing she can do. So I spoke with BMO customer service on the phone and sure enough there was a way to fix this situation with the branch giving me some forms to sign. So I returned to the branch and to my surprise all of a sudden Anna can have me sign some forms. Very rude and inconsiderate not to be upfront and honest to what my options are. I honestly prefer doing online banking but was really dissatisfied with the level of customer service I received. Especially being with this bank for over 12 years. My advice to anyone unless absolutely Necessary avoid going in person or perhaps I just got a bad apple.
