★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The phone system to call the branch directly is extremely frustrating. I have tried numerous times to contact he branch directly but only get through to a voicemail that is not set up and it will not allow me to leave a message. My only form of getting through is to call the 1-877-Call-bmo phone line and have them call the branch (on their internal line) only to have them not pick up. I was given the Branch Manager direct line, which I have called and I am now waiting for a call back.
What ever happen to just being able to call a branch and speak to someone (anyone)?!
This is probably why I choose to do most of my banking with another banking institution, which has reception available throughout the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow banking experience, my wife was told to be patient from the banking manager after waiting 20 minutes before asking for another teller booth to be opened. Overall disappointing 35 minute experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in asking for a line of credit and they applied for a personal loan instead. It was sold to me as a good idea, but in hindsight the bank was looking out for its best interests. It feels like this bank has its own priorities in mind instead of the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very inexperienced branch; they been consistently unhelpful, and where they did help (or try to make up for their previous errors), they still made mistakes. An issue even went to the branch manager "Michael" who said he'd fix it and it was still left unfixed. Disappointed with this branch, nor do I recommend it to anyone. The BMO on Main Street is much more established, experienced and willing to help.
