★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How come every time I have a problem with CIBC and have to speak to someone, my information is not updated on the system? I had to update everything once 5 months ago, and I went in today only to have them tell me they don't even have my phone number or email address on file? Every time I want to make a small change to my account, I have to sit and provide all my information for like 30 mins. It didn't help that the people working there were rude as well. The guy in front of me who was depositing a big cheque got way better service, btw. Would give a zero star if I could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disgusted with the services and very little help I’ve received from this branch. I opened up a business account months ago and during that time it was just starting so I hardly had any income. Over the last month my business started picking up I guess I didn’t set my account up accordingly . This month I received fees from the bank for almost 800$ and they will not help me. Most they offered me at this branch was 100$ off. What a horrible way to treat your customers who have been using your services for over 10 years. This is a very small business and I know more could be done but being a loyal customer means nothing to these big corporations they rather rob you. People’s lives have been hard enough the last two years, losing jobs, freedom, and sanity during this whole pandemic some people have had to start their lives all over and that’s exactly what has happened to me. Once I finally started getting back on my feet decided to hit me with outrageous services fees. Thanks Cibc!
