β β β β β My partner and I were regulars here. Decent food good price. On Irish night as soon as we stepped in we were treated very rudely by a man leaning on a table. Didnβt wear a mask, mocked my ID and decided not to let us in. Not sure if he was the owner but definitely not returning.

β β β β β The food was amazing and on point! I ordered the steak and lobster tail. The steak was perfectly medium rare and the lobster was juicy and tender. Our server was incredible. She was very polite, accommodating and funny. Definitely recommend this restaurant!

β β β β β I visited this location for the first time yesterday with my family. Our server Neal was amazing starting from the host to the staff. We had a lot of staff come and talk to us and and meet our 4 months daughter. But our Neal went above and beyond for us. With making sure our needs and happiness were met. He made sure my son that is 2 had a great time as well. He provided us with magic and comic entertainment to even showing us how much he also loved chocolate milk as my son does. My best experience so far in a very long time. So thank you Chuck's roadhouse on Appleby line and thank you to staff and Neal.

β β β β β We have been customers of Chucks Burlington for many years (including loyal through Covid). Our Thursday date nights are celebrated weekly at Chucks because the food is great and the prices are incredible. BUT most of all it is because we are treated like family. The atmosphere is fun. The staff are personal and respectful. Most of all we love our bar server Rob. He is simply the best. He goes above and beyond every single time.
We can afford to go anywhere on our date night but we choose Chucks Burlington every time!!!

β β β β β Love it here! Great food which is always fresh, recommend the late night half price wings. Really good staff. They are very nice, professional and also very fun. The GM/owner nick is the absolute best, so nice and respectful! I come here multiple times a month not only because the food is great but also because of the service, atmosphere and experience. 10/10 recommend

β β β β β Been here a couple of times. First time was great. This past weekend was just okay. Ordered a steak for me which was perfect and delicious.
Another in my party ordered a sandwich. It was mediocre and not worth finishing even half. We're not sure if the sandwich was made properly. The bread seemed to be toasted and buttered on the opposite side than how most other restaurants would serve the same dish.
We did take our time deciding what to order. After that the service was haphazard and unusually slow. It was not a busy night (even the hostesses admitted as much when we were seated). We were able to order another drink in the middle of our meal but afterwards we were served the bill without asking if we were finished or wanted dessert. A bit of a strange experience.

β β β β β My wife and I frequent this location during the day. It is not extremely busy but it is being frequented more(I think it gets busier in the evenings but we still like distancing a bit). They have managed to keep prices under control and the food is reasonably good. I love their burgers. My wife loves some of the pasta dishes. We have found the service good and consistent (which appears to be hard for some of our other favourite spots to maintain these days). We both love the multiple sports TVs too. For the past several months, Chuck's has been one of our top lunch restaurant stops in Burlington.

β β β β β My favorite place to go thanks to the great service, always look forward to seeing my regular servers Lauren and Olivia, They always make you feel right at home. Wouldn't be the same without them! Not too mention a Burger, fries and a beer for less than a McDonald's meal, It's awesome! And their gravy is the best around! (In my opinion)
